In this simple 8 minute om mantra meditation, you will be guided to become aware of your central channel from your third eye, ajna chakra to the base of your spine, mulabhanda. We will then implant om mantra on the central channel bringing expanded yet centered, universal consciousness to your whole being.

Maybe today we keep it simple and do a little mantra and we're going to use OM.

The most obvious but most meditators and stuff don't actually use it because it seems too simple.

So we'll do that today.

So when you're going to implant a mantra even for a few minutes,

You want to find your seat in a way where you can really become aware of your central channel.

And so for some people that's easy,

They just sort of feel it.

If you're not one of those people,

Try to align what you perceive to be like your third eye and that's like your midbrain.

So like right in between your eyebrows.

If you went straight back,

You kind of landed right in the middle of your skull.

Somewhere in there,

If you just bring your attention,

There'll be a place where your attention more easily lands.

Don't try too hard.

Just let your attention move in there.

And then sort of follow that down through the middle of your body all the way down to your mula bandha.

So that's towards your pelvic floor in that area.

And do the same thing.

Like find where your attention kind of easily lands at the root of your body.

And then with those two points,

We try to line them up energetically.

So think of it more physically at first,

Like one on top of the other.

You might have to,

Most of us sit a little forwards,

You might have to tuck your chin back or lean back a little and find that third eye space in the midbrain right over your mula bandha.

And there'll be like a kind of magic spot where if you find your alignment,

It'll be easier for you to feel your body,

Maybe even feel your central channel.

But the first sign of that would be just feeling the interior of your torso.

And then we implant the mantra or the vibration into that area.

So with your root and your third eye kind of aligned like that and a sense of your body and or the central channel,

You imagine as you begin to say om to yourself,

That om is vibrating that whole area of awareness.

And find a rhythm and a pulse and a way to say it to yourself that allows you to stay with that awareness.

At any time where we sit here for a few minutes,

If you find yourself kind of thrown out of it,

You could say that all out loud.

Find those points again and then see if that helps you bring yourself back into that awareness again.

Okay.

Thank you.

Bye.

Bye.

Shanti.
