Take this opportunity to get present,

In an upright position.
Allow yourself to let go of all the to-dos and just get grounded into this moment and your intention for this practice.
Closing your eyes and arriving into yourself.
Taking this time to connect to your body through your breath,
To focus your energy inwards to cultivate more power,
More clarity,
And more energy through this practice.
So begin by focusing on your breathing,
Just noticing how open your body is and how deep your breath naturally wants to go.
Relaxing your shoulders and the tension that might be built up there.
Relaxing the energy in your chest and your stomach.
All the way down your hips,
Knees,
Ankles,
And toes,
Fully arriving.
Taking this opportunity as you take some natural breaths with conscious awareness to give thanks for your life,
For this moment,
For this day,
For all that life has blessed you with.
Giving thanks for your body,
For the trillions of cells.
We're all working together for wholeness for your highest good.
Celebrating and giving thanks for this opportunity you have right now to connect deeply to your source of energy and power and to be present with the miracle of life,
To all of life that you are breathing with now.
Thank you for saying yes to yourself,
Saying yes to the moment,

This is the source of where all your power is to create what you want.
So this practice is going to support you to breathe the ball of light up and down your spine to learn how to focus your energy and your intention.
So just begin by opening the channel through breath.
So breathing in through your nose fully and completely all the way down to your belly and exhaling a sigh of relief as you exhale,
Letting go of any tension,
Breathing in again,
Pulling all the energy into your body,
Filling your belly first and exhaling,
Releasing any tension,
Grounding downwards,
Feeling the earth supporting you.
Breathing in and exhaling out,
Breathing in,
Pulling the energy and life force into your body and exhaling fully and completely in gratitude for this day.
Breathing in all the way,
Breathing out all the way through your mouth,
Smiling and relaxing,
Breathing in,
Pulling your energy back into your body and exhaling,
Rounding downwards,
Breathing in,
Feeling yourselves receiving this breath,
Receiving life,
Feeling yourself supported,
Exhaling,
Giving it all back,
Emptying your lungs completely,
Breathing in,
Bringing your awareness to your spine,
Just imagine or feel it,
And exhale,
Just feeling your presence there.
You're gonna grow some grounding roots down,
Breathing in and imagining your spine like a corkscrew,
Beginning to spiral in a clockwise direction,
Exhaling,
Feeling it spiral a bit downwards,
And grow that energy as it corkscrews down through the floor,
Down into the earth,
Breathing in,
Pulling the energy of the earth up into your body,
Connecting and exhaling all the way,
Spiraling down,
Corkscrewing the energy,
Rounding into the earth,
All the way,
Breathing in,
Pulling the energy,
Corkscrewing down to the center of the earth,
Feeling those grounding roots clamp in,
Arrive in your body,
Exhaling,
Feel that connection to mother earth,
To all of life,
Emptying your lungs,
Breathing in,
Feeling the presence within you,
Just focusing that breath connection,
Exhaling,
Slowing the breath down,
Deepening with each inhale and each exhale.
Now imagining a ball of light at the base of your spine,
Feeling it through your nose,
Breathing in,
Breathing that ball of light up your spine slowly with control,
Resting at the crown at the top,
And exhaling all the way,
Lowering the ball of light all the way down,
Breathing in fully and completely,
Slowly lifting the ball of light with control up your spine,
And exhaling through your nose all the way,
Lowering the ball of light,
Staying present with it all the way down to the base of your spine,
Breathing in,
Pulling the ball of light up.
And if you need to breathe at your own rate,
That is fine as well.
Just stay with the ball of light,
Exhaling,
Lowering the ball of light all the way down,
Cleansing the spine,
Arriving at the base of your tailbone,
Breathing in,
Feeling your body rooted to the spot,
Lifting the ball of light all the way up to your crown,
And exhaling slowly and completely,
Staying present with it the entire way,
Breathing in,
Lifting the ball of light with your awareness,
Filling your lungs until they're full,
Pausing,
And exhaling,
Lowering the ball of light,
Noticing as your awareness stays connected to the light how it grows in strength,
Breathing in,
Lifting the ball of light,
Feeling it grow brighter,
Cleansing your cells from the inside,
Breath energizing your body,
And exhaling fully and completely,
Lowering the ball of light all the way down to the base of your spine,
Breathing in,
Lifting the ball of light,
Staying present in your body,
And exhaling fully and completely,
Grounding downwards,
Lowering the ball of light,
Pausing at the bottom on empty,
And breathing in,
Expanding,
Pulling your energy,
Pulling life into your body as you raise that ball of light,
Feeling it grow in power inside of you,
Pausing at the top,
And exhale all the way,
Lowering the ball of light all the way down,
Cleansing any energetic plaque on your spine,
And resting at the bottom,
Breathing in fully and completely,
Lifting the ball of light up your spine,
Pausing for a moment,
And exhaling,
Lowering the ball of light down your spine,
Cleansing your body on the way down,
Emptying your lungs completely,
Breathing in,
Smiling,
Feeling yourself fully supported by life,
Pausing at the top,
Expanded,
Exhaling,
Giving it all back,
Lowering the ball of light down your spine,
All the way to the base of your tailbone,
Breathing in fully and completely,
Feeling the power in your presence as you stay fully connected to that ball of light,
And exhaling,
Lowering the light all the way down.
Take some time now to breathe at your own rate,
To enjoy some silence within yourself as you stay connected and play with that ball of light.
Feel free to move the ball of light into any areas of stagnation within your body,
To shine the light on any darkness.
Take a deep breath.
Exhale a sigh of relief.
Again breathing in gratitude,
Feeling the blessings of just being present with yourself,
With the source of life through this breath,
Exhaling everything.

Giving thanks for the day ahead and asking yourself,

Staying connected to your breath,
