Welcome to this meditation practice.
Thank you for taking the time to examine your relationship with money and your finances so you can release any negative emotions or stress you have around money and any of the stories that has caused that stress within your body,
Mind,
And life.
Still closing your eyes and bringing your awareness inwards,
Sitting in an upright posture,
And begin to breathe into your body fully and completely.
Inhaling through your nose,
Giving thanks for this breath,
And slowly exhaling all the way with control.
Breathing in through your nose,
Just pausing at the top and exhaling a sigh of relief,
Letting go of any stress you're holding onto.
Breathing in,
Pulling all of the oxygen you can into your lungs until you're full,
Pausing at the top and exhaling all the way.
Breathing in again fully and completely,
Giving thanks and letting go.
Breathing in,
Feeling your body receiving this breath in this moment,
And exhaling,
Settling into your body,
Arriving your unknown.
Breathing in again and exhaling,
Softening your shoulders and relaxing.
And as you breathe,
Just tune inwards,
Asking yourself how you're feeling about your finances in this moment.
Bringing the emotions to the surface where they can be seen and felt.
Just be present with any of the anxiety,
Fear,
Whatever's there.
And noticing where in your body the energy is most present.
And as you breathe,
Breathe into that space wherever it might be.
And just gently bringing your awareness into the center of that space within your body.
And if you can,
Name that emotion just so you're completely aware and honest with what you're feeling in this moment.
Now breathe in a little deeper into that space,
Into the emotion,
And give that emotion a voice.
And imagine as though like a broken record,
You're hearing the story playing out in your thoughts that's causing that feeling,
That emotion.
So asking yourself,
What is the belief?
What is the story that I've been telling myself that's creating this experience?
Breathe into that,
Acknowledging and seeing how that story has played out in your life with your choices up until this moment.
And asking yourself as you breathe,
Is this how you want to live?
Is this what you want to choose to be true moving forward?
Begin to breathe into that energy,
Deep full breaths in through your nose and exhale through your nose and breathe in feeding the energy oxygen beginning to lift the old heaviness,
The emotion and the story up through your chest and exhale releasing it out through your mouth.
Seeing it leave your body like a cloud of smoke.
Breathing in again,
Gathering up any more residue that's inside and exhaling through your mouth,
Releasing it,
Seeing it leave your body completely.
Breathing in again,
Gathering up,
Gathering that energy up and letting it go.
Breathing upwards to the sky.
Imagine the emotion leaving your body with the story that created it.
Breathing in fully,
Creating more space inside of yourself to feel positive,
To feel good in this moment.
Exhaling fully and completely.
Breathing in if there's any more that needs to be released,
Inhaling,
Feeling the energy rise up and as you exhale,
Releasing and softening your body.
Breathing in fully,
Feeling the belly expand,
Bringing light to all of your cells and slowly and completely exhaling,
Softening and relaxing every muscle.
Breathing in,
Feeling yourself supported by life with this breath and slowly exhale fully and completely.
Breathing in,
Inhaling the feelings that you're choosing to have in your life in this moment and exhale everything else that is out of alignment with that.
Breathing in,
Inhaling,
Receiving this gift of life,
Celebrating and giving thanks for it and exhaling,
Releasing any anxiety,
Any fear,
Letting it all go.
Breathing in,
Pulling that life giving energy inwards,
Pausing at the top,
Feeling yourself full and abundant right now.
Slowly exhale,
Giving thanks.
Breathing in,
Remembering that you choose your story,
That you can create a new story for your life where you do prosper,
Where your life is abundant,
Where your needs are met,
Where you're in service to others and that you feel great about making money,
Receiving money and investing in money.
So breathing in,
Smiling,
Knowing that this is a new moment and that you create your story in all the moments forward.
Come back to this meditation practice anytime you need a reset,
To release any negative emotions,
Stories or energy that you have that's keeping you locked in the energy of anxiety or fear around your finances.
From here with this new feeling and this new attitude,
You can move forward feeling positive,
Confident and abundant.
