Hello,
This is Angie from The Balance Warrior.
In this meditation,
We are going to focus on self-confidence and learning how to manifest what you want and trust in the decisions that you make.
After you have completed this meditation,
Take a few moments to physically write down your experience.
Before we begin,
Get yourself into a comfortable position and begin to notice your breath.
Don't try to change anything.
Just notice the natural rise and fall of your chest as you breathe in and out.
Everyone at some point in their life struggles with self-confidence.
Having low self-confidence can be triggered by life events or challenges that can affect us either physically,
Mentally,
Or emotionally.
We constantly second-guess ourselves and often don't trust that we are capable of making the right decision.
Or maybe we struggle with issues such as body image or other outside influences that society or people in our lives have put on us.
Or sometimes a situation arises that is out of our control and as human beings we tend to want to be in control of everything around us.
Bring your awareness back to your breath and notice how you're feeling in this moment.
Don't judge anything that you are feeling.
The first thought or feeling that comes into your mind,
Breathe that in.
All these thoughts and emotions are okay just the way they are.
Take more deep breaths,
Breathing in these thoughts and feelings and surrendering to them as you watch them run freely through your mind.
Not judging or trying to change any of these thoughts,
Just breathing them in and out and watching them float away in the wind.
Take a few breaths on your own,
Sitting comfortably with those feelings.
Part of having self-confidence is being aware that we don't always have to have control over everything and surrendering to thoughts and situations that are not in our control.
By surrendering and trusting that everything always works out,
You will be able to help yourself to release tension and clear some space in your mind.
You will then be able to clearly see what is important for you and your happiness.
Self-confidence is the feeling of having absolute trust in yourself and the decisions you make.
Instead of fighting with those thoughts,
Spend a few moments with yourself to breathe and connect with your source and listen to that inner voice without judgment.
Now come back to your breath again,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Breathing in clean,
Cool,
Healthy air and breathing out tension.
Breathe like this on your own for a few moments and remember to not judge your thoughts.
Now think about something that's important to you,
That you want to accomplish in your life.
Think about how achieving that goal will make you feel.
Start to visualize yourself already having that thing that you want,
Or having done that thing that you've wanted to do,
Or how you want to feel in your body.
Use all of your senses.
See it.
Feel it.
In your mind,
You already have it.
Imagine how you would feel in this moment,
Having accomplished the thing that you've desired the most.
In your mind,
Create this world that you already have.
Bask in the lighthearted feeling of having accomplished your goals.
Rejoice in the beauty of all your intentions and manifestations having come to fruition.
Spend these next few moments just breathing and allowing yourself to cultivate a strong sense of confidence in what you are manifesting.
When you hear the bell,
It will be time to come back.
Now I will leave you to breathe on your own.
Welcome back to your body.
By spending the time to visualize the outcome of having achieved your desires,
You've now come that much closer to manifesting that reality in your waking life.
You can do this meditation anytime for anything in your life that you want to manifest.
By doing this exercise regularly,
You will become more and more sure of what it is that you need to do,
Which will increase your overall sense of self-confidence.
You can use this technique for anything and everything in your life that you want to accomplish.
Now before you go about your day,
Take a few minutes to write down what you just visualized in this meditation.
Use what you've written as a reference to reflect on daily as a tool to help manifest what it was that you envisioned.
It's now time to go and create the life you want with full confidence and trust in yourself that you can do it,
Because in your mind,
You already have it.
