Rachele Wildmare is a string musician and teacher with a long-term personal meditation practice, sharing sound as a gentle support for calm, presence, and nervous system regulation. Her work centres on violin, viola, and cello, often through simple, spacious phrases, sustained tones, and slow musical movement. She is interested less in performance, and more in how sound, frequency, and attentive listening can support settling, grounding, and embodied awareness. Alongside many years of professional music-making in varied settings, Rachele’s approach is informed by long-standing meditation practice, yoga, and Reiki Level 1 and 2 training. In her teaching and creative work, she also incorporates resonant instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, sustained drones, and long-ringing tones to help mark transitions, clear a space, and invite a sense of arrival. These practices are woven quietly into her playing and teaching, without ceremony or hierarchy, shaping how sound is offered and how space is held. Here on Insight Timer, she shares quiet musical moments for rest, grounding, and reflection.

A perfect start to the day. Mare's voice is soothing and embracing, her guidance is personal and universal, her music grounding and uplifting. This has become a part of my morning routine and compliments my mindful preparations for the day ahead.
