These short reset audios are designed to support the moment before you play your instrument. They are not lessons, exercises, or techniques. They don’t aim to improve your playing or correct anything. Instead, each audio offers a brief pause — a way to arrive at your instrument without pressure, expectation, or self-evaluation. Many musicians carry tension into practice before the first note is played. This can show up as reluctance, self-criticism, or the sense that playing must already be productive in order to begin. These audios offer a gentle interruption to that pattern. Each track is spoken, unhurried, and intentionally short. You might use one before practice, before a group rehearsal, or when playing feels heavy or overly evaluative. You may also listen without playing at all. There is no progression and nothing to complete. You may stop after listening — or you may begin to play. This series is offered as a quiet companion: a way to make space before sound.

Beginning without forcing.

Choose the smallest possible beginning.

One note,

One breath,

One gesture.

Let sound emerge rather than being pushed.

You can stop at any moment.

Beginning does not mean committing to a full session.

You can stop here or begin.
