Hello and welcome to mindful moments.
My name is Amy Dean with One Awakening Institute.
This is a three minute practice to help you with grounding.
So please find a comfortable spot to sit and make sure your feet are touching the ground.
When you're ready,
Please close your eyes and direct your attention to the very bottoms of your feet.
Press your feet very gently into the ground,
Feeling the sensations in your feet and the way the earth holds you.
Now imagine that there are two anchors coming out from the very bottoms of your feet and they go straight down into the earth,
Down,
Down,
Down,
All the way to the very core of the earth.
Imagine these anchors find the very core and are able to connect there.
And this energy from the core of the earth is moving up through the anchors now,
All the way up through the very bottom of your feet.
And it nourishes you this beautiful earth energy coming up through your entire body.
And now let's release any energy,
Anything stagnant from the day.
And see this as a darker color moving out through the bottom of your feet down through these anchors,
Where it reaches the core of the earth to be healed and transformed.
And once more,
Focusing on this energy from the core of the earth,
This beautiful energy coming up for healing and transformation,
Coming up through your feet,
All the way up to the very top of your head,
Nourishing you,
Calming you,
Relaxing you.
And then when you are ready,
Come back to feeling your body fully where you sit.
And open your eyes.
