Namaste and welcome to this message that will warm your heart.

This audio contains reflections and guided meditations.

During difficult times it's common to be overwhelmed by fear and anxiety of not knowing what comes next.

I understand you.

It is natural to activate our defense system when we feel threatened.

If you are feeling this way,

I want to tell you that it's ok.

Crises are scary.

There is no need to disguise any uncomfortable feeling.

This only gives it more power.

Maybe you are feeling something that you have never felt before.

Regardless,

Everything is fine.

In times of chaos,

I spend some time alone,

Reflecting on what I would like to hear to warm my heart.

Usually what arises is.

Everything is fine,

It's ok not to know the answers.

It's ok not to have control of what comes next.

You are always safe.

I'm here with you.

I see you.

I feel you.

And I love you.

No matter what you are feeling,

You are not alone.

These words written or spoken make me feel grounded,

Make me feel taken care of.

I invite you to follow me during this self-care practice and observe how you feel.

So close your eyes and place a hand on your heart if possible.

Pay attention to your heartbeat.

Imagine that your heart is breathing and with each conscious breath it calms down.

Even if the mind is creating random thoughts,

It's perfectly fine.

Gently bring your attention back to your heartbeat.

Feel your heart opening its vast natural pharmacy of love.

You realise that you are breathing calmly.

When you say to yourself,

Hey,

It's ok.

I'm here with you.

I see you.

And I feel you.

No matter what,

You are safe.

I will never abandon you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

What else would you like to hear right now?

Tell yourself as gently as possible.

Within this elevated space,

Remember that you are here.

Remember who you really are.

A spiritual being far more powerful than any external chaos.

And you know that nothing lasts forever in the physical world.

Crisis are felt in the body,

But the soul remains intact,

Light and accessible.

Connect with that sacred universe within you.

Keeping your eyes closed,

Imagine that you are sitting on a cloud.

You are safe and you feel a great sense of peace.

Enjoy this peace for a few moments.

Now you look down and you see your life.

You see the challenges you and others are going through.

From this higher perspective you begin to question yourself.

What qualities would I like to develop during this period?

You can now decide whether you want to go back to the physical world or enjoy more time exactly where you are.
