Intentional Light Being

Imagine we begin to live as if on Purpose, aligned to our Divine and Sacred Life Journey and agreement. Imagine the possibilities we can begin to entertain as we step into a new Energy Field. Learn to use your breath to activate release and new beginnings. Choose Life that is abundant and flowing.

Resting where we are right now,

Feeling the balance in our energetic being and the connection with our Divine Light being.

Just feel the beautiful presence of light and love inside and around and through your being as you rest and allow yourself to rest deeply.

Just sink into the arms of deep love.

And all is well that this is a sanctuary and I can just be present inside of the sanctuary and be healed,

That clarity can come easily into my being as my system is clear,

Cleansed and open.

I do not rely on my human aspect,

My mind and all the constructs to guide me.

I rely in this place upon Divine intuition,

Guidance and knowing,

Deepest assurance,

Absolute faith,

Trust.

Asking now that as I rest my body I come into a full knowing of who I am,

Realigning and reintegrating,

Connecting to my light presence,

That aspect of me that knows my journey before my human form participates in the journey.

Asking now that I connect into knowing of my journey,

Of all journeys and what is it that I agreed to complete in this journey,

Also helping the mind body of our human form to understand that the completion of ancient cycles can be instant.

We do not need to suffer through and endure an entire life journey to heal one aspect of a sacred contract.

We can very,

Very quickly realign.

As we come into our highest vibration,

We ask for the guidance for that and that I can at this time immediately now release all codes,

Patterns,

Embedded forms of knowing,

All understandings that we've contrived and created around suffering.

I ask that I can release all codes,

Imprints of suffering now.

Go back into your magnificent heart and open it to love,

Absolute love.

And in this space I understand there is no suffering.

There is no shaming or blaming or guilt.

There is just love.

What do I know as my deepest truth?

What is this life journey indicating to me?

Stay in your truth.

Stay in truth even if the world around us offers another opinion.

What is to be revealed in this life and this life journey is a gift for all life.

To stay in my truth is to be able to bring that gift through to reveal it to the rest of humanity to all life.

To release that gift into the assurance and the patterns that have been created and constructed by humankind and to drop into the predictability of these constructs or deny our full journey.

Stay in your truth.

We can feel the space now in our heart as we connect in and feel this expansion opening breath by breath,

Heartbeat by heartbeat.

I know who I am.

I remember why I'm here.

And there is an opening,

An awakening that is to come through.

And even though I might not appear to be very important in the whole amazing sacred grid,

My being here is a pivotal place of being a unique cell and the body of all that is with a unique coding,

Imprint,

Design and memory.

And what it is that you are bringing in will create a ripple into all that is.

What am I here to be part of?

What am I to show by being out here and showing up in my human form?

What am I to show that is beyond predictability,

Safety,

Performance,

Constructs?

Now as you feel and remember your alignment,

Begin to awaken this whole body to that feeling of being completely in alignment.

What does it feel like when I'm simply in the space,

Nothing else matters?

No assumptions,

No points of view,

No opinions,

Nothing else matters.

This that I know that has been calling me,

This that I have been seeking in and through others,

I now see as being in me,

Through me.

So come into the center and hold it there at your heart.

Now drop your awareness down to your center,

Your solar plexus.

Here we connect into the gut,

The enteric.

It is here that we want to reestablish our thought connection through the heart into the solar plexus.

We are asking now that we can bypass the thoughts,

The perceptions that we have been creating through mind,

That the assurance of the pathway forward will be illuminated here at the center in the solar plexus.

Imagine yourself in a dark,

Dark forest,

Tall trees and tangled roots all around you and it is dark and you are trying to navigate your journey in this absolute darkness and tripping and falling over.

But there is something that says there is a journey,

Don't just sit down,

Keep going,

But we're going but we don't know where and how and what it even is that we are doing until we turn on this light here,

That we have been carrying the light of the path.

It is the illumination of knowing and it is here,

The center of our being.

Imagine that you stop for a moment and you consider this is not working.

You're stumbling around in the dark and it's not working.

And I'm doing it because everybody else is doing it this way.

But is there another way?

And if we just stop scrambling and stand still,

We begin to remember that we are the ones who are holding the light of our journey.

It was given to us as the path.

We know it already.

If we stand still and stop distracting and detaching and denying and deflecting,

We can let the light come back on and then we can turn it on.

See yourself now holding this grounding beautiful energy into the earth that you are creating as a vortex of light in pouring to the top of the crown.

And you are simply standing in this place receiving light.

Standing still to receive.

Standing in absolute faith,

Trust and knowing.

And see yourself placing your feet upon the earth,

Not cursing the earth for tripping and falling.

And now standing with all your strength and all your power,

Imagining that you are creating a portal,

A light conduit between your light aspect through this human being and into the earth.

Imagine you are plugging yourself in.

Now established,

Connected.

Now time to turn the light on.

Feel the presence of your being.

Feel the connection with your solar plexus.

And we begin to breathe,

Breathing into this beautiful body,

Opening and expanding the belly,

The chest,

The throat.

And when you begin to breathe out,

Collapse the belly down towards the spine,

Pull the ribs together and activate by squeezing up the diaphragm into the solar plexus so that you activate your center.

With each out breath,

Press into this point as hard as you can.

And when you are ready to choose a different life,

Begin to breathe by dropping through that tightness and begin to breathe.

Let it pour in.

Let life,

A new choice,

New options and possibilities begin to pour in.

And allow your body to open,

Expand it,

Activate it.

Continue to create this activation point.

Each time you breathe out,

Breathe all the way out.

Save not one bit of this old breath.

Old patterns,

Old forms.

And when you get right to the end and there is no more breath,

Trust that the breath is here waiting for you.

Drop through that tightness.

Surrender into absolute faith and breathe.

And choose life.

Choose life that is abundant and flowing and watch your light come on.

In that dark place,

The light begins to illuminate from your center.

You are radiating into your pathway,

Remembering and activating.

I chose to stand still so that I can choose again how it is that I wish to show up in this life journey,

This life journey.

I am coming in fully clear and illuminated.

I am choosing the highest pathway for this life journey,

Clearing and cleansing all journeys,

All patterns,

All chords,

All struggle,

Clearing it.

Bringing in the light and feeling that I am the light now.

There is nothing else except the light that is coming in and through me and opening up the pathway.

And there is nothing else except light.

The darkness was just a belief that held me from creating myself fully clear and illuminated.

Open up your throat and imagine the clarity is blue sky,

Blue,

Blue,

Wide,

Ever opening,

Releasing,

Extending,

Beautiful blue of clarity,

Why didn't I see it before?

Everything here is clear,

Revealed and open.

There are no secrets,

No hiding,

No shame,

No blame,

Just light,

Just love.

Nothing else is.

And imagine now with this light that you have created and opened up in the center of your being that you know how to activate now through your breath and open it up into your heart now into your throat,

That you can begin to take another journey.

This journey fully enlightened,

Awakened,

Connected.

How would it be now if the very next step I took was in that clarity?

How would that path look as opposed to all other paths,

All other journeys?

With this light around you and the awareness of light,

Become clear now that you have turned a possibility of light into the space just by being present.

For those who are still stumbling in the darkness,

There is now something else to see.

Imagine that you have just opened an option.

We do not stay connected to the outcome of that option.

For each journey is to be decided.

Each journey is to take its role.

But I can offer a light simply by choosing to place myself into the light and to walk that path clear.

Now opening up your heightened senses and perceptions,

Asking that your sense of awareness,

Your sensory being,

Clairvoyance,

Clairaudience,

Clairsentience goes ahead of you like light goes ahead.

So we are being pulled into the journey,

Walking in the stream.

We are simply walking into what is there already.

Feel the peace of this here.

Connect to this peace into your heart and then drop it down into the solar plexus.

Asking now at the solar plexus that it is here that you understand truth.

It is here that you now connect your intuition.

It will be as if a light goes on in the center of you and a deepest knowing.

The path to be taken.

I'm now taking with foresight.

I am clear,

Connected and following guidance.

The assurance comes into the solar plexus,

The center of your being,

Bypassing all the constructs and shutdowns that we have created in our mind,

In our thought patterns.

Bringing in a beautiful radiant light energy into the top of the crown and let it bathe through the brow,

Throat,

Heart,

Solar plexus.

Let it bathe right through the base of your body and into this beautiful earth.

Connected and aligned.

I stand in my truth,

Connected and aligned.

As you rest just a while,

Stabilizing this amazing in-pouring energy.

Think now of all those that you know and love and those who have shared this life journey and all journeys.

And think of the reflection that you have gained from being with those that you have chosen to be with.

Think about what it is that you know about life now.

And what would you choose if you had complete freedom to choose again?

How would you choose to be in all the situations that we have created for ourselves to begin to know?

How would I be in all those spaces from this illuminated and elevated awareness?

So gather together now all those who have passed before you,

Those who have connected in subtle awareness,

Subtle connections and those who have been very much part of your predictable life.

Imagine you can gather from all time,

Through all fields,

Through all journeys.

Imagine how many people there would be here and that you could stand here because every single one has touched your life in some way whether you knew it or not.

And from this light being that is holding the space,

What would you radiate towards them now?

What gift of this that you are holding would be so lovingly and generously given to them?

Feel through your gracious heart that there is no one in this gathering that we cannot love unconditionally and forgive with all our heart.

From your gracious light being,

Let this healing now begin like ripples in a pond radiating out from you holding the center to all those gathered.

May they be healed and may the cords and the binding connections between you and them now be completely clear.

Let all the contracts,

All the oaths and promises,

Let all of these be clear,

The curses and the vows,

Let them be clear.

Release yourself and them from all binding cords,

All agreements,

All memberships,

Release now that each and every soul gathered here can stand in its own integrity,

No longer tethered into old struggling patterns.

See each one gathered as a light independently now becoming more and more clear.

They are seeing the inner light because you chose to see yours and hold it and radiate it.

It is light that heals.

It is light that opens and expands.

Feel that beautiful energy.

Just be there in that sweet sanctuary of love and light.

Now bring your awareness once again to your enteric,

Your solar plexus,

The center of your being.

How does this feel here to feel absolute harmony with all life?

Knowing that every path and every decision that I create and make,

I make from a center point.

Imagine if you are holding the center and the light is all around you,

That every direction that you choose is perfect.

There is not one direction.

There is only one of all this direction,

All possibility.

There is not one limiting pathway.

Let this stabilize into your being,

Letting go now instantly all the shaming and blaming and self persecution and living in the past,

Dread and foreboding.

There are no decisions that are so all encompassing.

If I stand in the center of my compass,

My light being,

All directions are perfect.

I can walk in any direction because I carry my light with me.

And now that the adjustment that we make is simply to be in our own light,

We release letting go all of asking,

Pleading,

Begging all the energy that we do.

And we just stand in absolute faith and our courage and our trust and our knowing,

Free to move,

Free to be and free to experience and express ourselves like never before.

And how would that look if more beings began to move through this world in this way?

Wouldn't that be something?

I stand in this life in the deepest assurance and knowing of who I truly am,

A divine light being fully illuminated and connected,

Integrated now,

That I can move in and through the light because the light is in and through me.

This life and this journey supports me and I move with ease and grace,

Feeling that sense of assuredness right at the center of my being.

And when I feel it there,

I know it is my deepest truth.

As you let your body just rest,

Feeling the energy around you now,

Allow yourself just moment by moment to become aware that you are holding yourself in your form.

And the experiencing of ourselves beyond our form is equally who we are.

And so we can just drift in and out of this beautiful space as we merge and connect,

Keep merging,

Connecting in breath,

Out breath,

In breath,

Out breath,

Beautifully assimilating.

Now see yourself in a sacred part,

Your own beautiful part,

Your chrysalis of light and love.

And as you are held inside of the sacred space,

We can radiate love and light to everyone who shares this life journey into the water,

Into the air,

Into the earth,

And all the plants and trees,

Into all creatures.

May there be love and peace,

Compassion,

Kindness.

May there be wellness and flow.

May there be fully clear,

Opened,

Awakened,

Enlightened beings bringing in the light.

And when you're ready to come back,

Just allow yourself to be drifting gently back and we begin to tune into the time of the day,

The season,

The year,

The temperature.

And then when you come fully back into the space,

Make sure that you drink lots of water and stay in a gentle frame for as long as you possibly can.
