Breathe In Life Force Energy

Following our breath we find our relationship with this Life and the Life Force Energy assimilating into our Being in a significant and meaningful way. We begin to reveal the simple agreement of allowing, trusting, giving to me and honouring our Being for being here in the Life. Feel yourself floating on a body of water and feel the two elements of air and water connecting your body and mind to the space that is between. We awaken to the truth of our being here.
