Welcome to another empowered way moment.

We are going to sing our way home.

Find a comfortable place and settle in.

Comfort is essential to your body,

So you can relax and release.

Breathe in and feel yourself getting so,

So heavy.

Breathe out and release anything that is holding you back.

Breathe in again,

Holding it at the top and filling your lungs.

Breathe out.

Now imagine not taking my hand as I lead you on a magical journey home.

We are walking together,

Our breath and our steps are in sync.

As I breathe in,

You breathe in.

As you exhale,

I exhale.

We are one with each other,

Taking a journey home.

As we are walking,

I turn toward a path that has just opened up in the forest.

All the noise of the world fades away as we step into this new world.

Hushed light filtered through the tree canopy shows us the way.

Our feet sink into the sandy soil and the majestic trees of the old growth forest embrace us.

We are filled with awe as we experience this sacred place that is so,

So welcoming.

As we continue walking and admiring the forest,

We can hear the sound of someone singing,

Faintly but clearly.

It is a woman's voice that seems to be calling to us.

As we approach,

We notice that she is sitting next to a small waterfall,

Singing a song with no lyrics and no words.

The vibration from the song,

Mixed with the waterfall symphony,

Travels from our ears,

Down our throat and into our lower chakras.

The sensation of being washed clean comes to mind and we both smile as we step forward.

We are present in this moment,

Absorbing as much of the energy as we can,

Because it is healing all of our dark places.

The sound of her voice seems to transform unseen energy into vibrations that we feel rippling through the sky.

Into vibrations that we feel rippling through our bodies,

Our cells and even our DNA.

She invites us to sit with her and as we join hands,

She lifts her face to the sun.

We are entranced by the music,

The scene and our instinctive reaction is to allow this sound to transform us,

To transmute our small identities and to become one with the song.

Soon our voices are added to the song and the vibration of this joint music moves through our bodies and out into the space around us.

As we sing,

We can see the ribbons of energy that we have created with our breath weave together into an even more powerful sound.

As we sing,

We can see the ribbons of energy that we have created with our breath weave together into an even brighter,

More translucent wave that spreads outward into the forest and into the world.

We are one in the song and we are one with ourselves.

And feel the vibration roll through you.

Feel your breath move the energy in a circular pattern inside your body,

Brushing against your second and third chakras,

The center of creation and the center of honoring yourself and others.

As you feel the vibrations of the sounds that you created,

See the energy blanket your heart in love before it moves up to your fifth chakra or throat.

As you continue breathing and singing,

You feel the energy join your heart and your mind.

Your thoughts are no more because you are immersed in the sensation of being one with all.

You see the faces of all the people in your life with whom you have shared moments and you know that at this moment all is forgiven.

Your singing is the magic that pulls the illusion back so you can see the other as yourself.

You sing these words to yourself,

I am you,

You are me,

We are one,

All is well.

These words fill you with such love and joy that your singing elevates into a song of praise.

I am you,

You are me,

We are one,

You are me,

We are one,

All is well.

As you continue to sing these holy words,

The vibration of your song travels to all parts of your mind and all parts that have stored dense energy from the past.

Your song is the cleansing water that transforms these dense energies into light.

I am you,

You are me,

We are one,

All is well.

You are the connection between heaven and earth.

Your breath is the bridge that connects divine love to your physical presence.

As your song begins to wind down,

You realize that you can return to the sacred place whenever you feel off-center or out of alignment.

You can return by allowing the vibrations of your song to heal your heart and connect you to divine love.

As the notes of our song fade into the forest,

We stand up and bow reverently to the lady of the falls.

She bows her head towards us and we turn and walk away forever changed by the song of home.

Take a deep breath in now and anchor this experience in your body.

Release and know that you are here for a purpose and only you can fulfill that purpose.

Sing your way home in your car when you are sitting peacefully and especially in your dreams and your days will be filled with the light of love.

I am you,

You are me,

We are one,

All is well.

I see the light in you,

Please see the light in me,

We are one,

All is well.

We are one,

All is well.

Namaste.
