Welcome to the heart space.
This is the time we set aside to slow down our thoughts and turn our attention and intention to the heart space.
Today I am going to show you the astonishing light of your being.
So go ahead and relax,
Release any tension that may be in your neck or shoulders and take a deep breath in.
Hold it,
Then release.
Allow your body to sink in the chair or on the floor with your back straight and just let go.
Let go of everything for this short amount of time that we have together.
Whenever you're lonely or you feel you're surrounded by darkness,
Remember the astonishing light of your being.
Just remember,
Even after all this time,
The sun never says to the moon,
You owe me.
Look what happens with a love like that.
It lights up the sky.
And your light will light up everything you touch,
Everything you perceive,
Every relationship,
Every place you are when you recognize the astonishing light of your being.
You are a reflection of the greater light,
The greater source of love.
Just like the moon reflects the sun's rays,
Patiently and completely,
You too are the perfect reflection of divine love.
When you accept that you are this reflection,
And so is everyone else,
You may realize that no matter how different another appears to you on the outside,
When you shine your own light,
They will reflect it back.
Because you see,
We're all connected by that light,
By the astonishing light of your being.
And when you connect with another person this way,
Your heart is your guide.
So be still and know that I am.
Say that to yourself,
I am.
I am.
I am.
So,
Open in gratitude for this moment of connection.
Be still and know that your mind will play tricks,
But your heart knows the truth of you.
You are a light bearer.
The light that was given to you is yours to share.
And as you share your light,
You begin to see the same light in others,
And your light will connect with another's light.
And together,
That new third light,
That connected light,
Grows larger,
More powerful,
And more intense.
As you have joined your light with another,
The two lights have merged and created a much greater light that shines brightly and casts all darkness away.
And as the two of you move forward with your new third light,
You'll discover something that people will want to know,
What you've found at the depth of your being,
Because their being recognizes it.
And as you move forward with this connection,
Others will be drawn to you.
Because you see,
We're all light bearers.
We're all here to shine the light that has been given to us through our personality and our physical body.
We each express that differently.
But when you come down to the bottom of it,
We all were given the same light.
We all were given the same amount of light.
It is up to us to choose to share.
And as you share your light with more people and connect with their light,
This just keeps expanding and growing exponentially,
Ad infinitum,
To infinity.
And see if you can't visualize that right now.
You connect with one person.
Your connection is the third light that grows bigger.
And other people are drawn to it.
And as they connect to that third light,
It gets bigger and bigger and so on and so on.
I'll let you sit with that for just a minute and just keep expanding those connections.
You've seen that third light grow and pulse with energy and love until it shines as bright as the sun.
And so it goes into infinity.
All of this light is the same and it came from the same source.
No matter who shared it,
No matter where they came from,
What they look like,
Or how they acted.
People who share their astonishing light become united in this third ball of light.
And because everyone becomes united,
There is no longer separation and there's no longer differences.
Because as we stand in our light connected to others' lights,
We are all the same.
We are all creators having a human experience.
We are united in the astonishing light of our being.
It is your reflection of that light that completes the circle,
Your decision to reflect divine love and share it with others.
You are that light.
