When you are triggered by an event or a person, step left. Choose again. Your decision about how you interpret the event or person is the start of new energy being shared. Choose negativity and limitation and you will receive more of that. Choose positivity and abundance and that is what will come back to you. Use this practice to learn how to make choices that support you. Remember, you are always at choice for the meaning you give to a person or event.

Step left is a great thing to keep in mind, I would recommend listening to this. I plan to do so again

Thank you 🙏🏽 Kathryn for being the vehicle I needed to receive confirmation that I’m making the proper decision to relieve the stress of caring for my aging mother. I’ve decided to “step left” and relinquish control of her daily care. That was so hard for me to do ... because of the “no one can do it better than I can” mentality, which can sometimes cause a loss of reality and hope for help!😬

Very worthwhile. I know I can choose. I forget. This reminds me well and deeply.

Thank you, Katherine for this beautifully thoughtful, insightful and inspiring meditation❣️ This meditation came to me as an encouragement to continue my practice of deliberate thought (and prayer) when faced with important choices, especially in relation to interactions with others. I fully believe that we are Co-Creators of our life with a loving God. Namaste 🙏🏻 💕
