Enjoy holding presence,

Mindful of what is.

Next,

Close your eyes.

In these moments,

Draw your attention inward.

Let your senses open you to the impressions that you feel.

What are you aware of inside your body?

What do you notice?

Allow yourself to witness without any judgement.

Simply notice.

Bring awareness into your breath.

Let the present moment be witnessed with your breath,

Your deep inhalation,

Your lasting exhalation.

Let your senses open you to the impressions that you feel.

All of your attention is here with your breath in the beauty of each moment.

Excellent! Lots of gaps of silence to intensify the meditative experience. I have learned to appreciate and look forward to moments of silence, but still can't do total silent meditations. This one really is the best of both worlds.
