I really enjoyed this course. It was unlike any other guided meditation or healing I’ve experienced before. I didn’t really have any expectations going in. I think inner child and ancestral healing can feel a bit overwhelming at times but I found that the guidance for both was done in a very supportive way that made it very easy to follow and connect with.
