Lição 1
Identify What Feels Stuck
In this lesson, you will be introduced to an introspection practice you can do once you have reached a state of calm through mindfulness meditation. You will be invited to meditate on what feels stuck in your life. The first lesson teaches you to anchor to your body and your breathing which lays the foundation for the questioning and exploration work.

Identify My Values
You go further in your introspection by identifying your most fundamental values, your core values. To know your values is to know what is really important to you. Your values are your deepest convictions, your anchor points. They give direction to your actions and decisions. They are the inner compass that gives your life its meaning. Meditation and introspection will help you question your own values and daily actions to create a more meaningful and coherent life.

Know Your Needs
In the third lesson, you become aware of your needs. When you know your needs and how to meet them, you gain clarity and confidence. Many authors wrote theories about the types of human needs. One of the theories, proposed by Clayton Alderfer, suggests that there are three categories of universal needs: existence needs, relatedness needs and growth needs. Once you understand the different categories, you can target areas of your life where you have unmet needs.

Practice Your Passion
Today’s practice is about passions and activities that you are enthusiastic and excited about, the ones you never get tired of doing. Like many people, you may feel like you don’t have any passions. Today, you put aside misconceptions about what a passion is or isn’t. Answering specific questions during an introspective meditation will help you explore the diversity of subjects and activities you are passionate about.

Feed Your Connections
This lesson is about how important human connections are in ordr to have a meaningful and happy life. You realise how being fully present in your relationships, both physically and mentally, is essential to feeling real intimacy, pleasure and compassion. From a state of openness and kindness, you identify what keeps you from really connecting with your loved ones.
Lição 6
Give Back To The World
Today, we will take it a step further and tackle altruism, doing something for others without expecting something in return. You will learn about the physical and mental health benefits of giving back to the world, of taking care of your community and engaging in causes that are important to you, while respecting your limits. You will expand your comprehension of altruism while identifying small actions you could do to give back to the world.

Discover The Extraordinary
Today will not be about small ordinary steps, it will rather be about the extraordinary! We will be thinking about these moments that make us feel truly alive, and transform us by their beauty, their splendor, their incredible impact. These moments, even brief ones, can considerably enrich our life. Today you will simply become aware of what amazes you, so you can make more room for these wonderful experiences.

Declutter Your Daily Life
This lesson is about freeing space in our mind and schedule, about removing the unnecessary. To create a richer life, you will take an honest but kind look at all time and energy consuming activities that have little to no positive outcome. When you declutter your life and simplify your schedule, you end up with more precious free time to do things you really want to do.

Take Action
Today is about taking action. From lesson 1, you have practiced meditation and introspection on what you really need to lead a richer life, one with more authenticity and meaning. These notes you took through the process provide a road map to your most authentic life. Today’s lesson is about getting you started on the journey you mapped out without completely disrupting daily life with the small step approach.

Embark On Your Journey To Change
Today, we review all the answers and realisations of the last days. You will think about the help you need, about your reliable resources, about the allies that can help you on your journey to a richer life. Adopting a kind, curious and patient attitude gets you started on a path to a life that is truly yours.
