This practice is designed specifically for us to align ourselves with our goals and our intentions.
Please find yourself a comfortable seated position,
Your spine straight and supported,
Ideally somewhere where you won't be disturbed.
And once you have done so,
Settling in by closing down your eyes.
As your eyes are closed and you are comfortable,
Go ahead and take a nice deep breath in.
Breathe in,
Pausing at the top of your inhale and then letting that breath go with a sigh.
Feeling it again when you are ready,
Drawing that breath in,
Holding at the top of your inhale.
When you are ready,
Let that breath go out through the mouth with a sigh.
Drawing in a third deep breath now.
Breathing at the top of your inhale and then letting it go.
Allowing your breath to find its own natural and comfortable rhythm now.
Breathing with ease and grace.
Allowing your breath to flow through you as we shift our attention to one of our goals.
Bring to mind something that you would like to achieve.
Take a moment here to bring this goal to the front and centre of your focus.
And once you have it,
Allow your mind to move further forward into the future.
The future where this goal is now a reality.
This goal has manifested.
And you are living and breathing a life where you have achieved and accomplished this goal.
And I invite you now to notice how it feels.
Is there a dominant emotion or a handful of different feelings that come to you when you see this future reality of your goal made manifest?
We are going to spend some time now working with these feeling states,
Perhaps one,
Perhaps several.
I invite you now to move into that feeling state,
Whatever it is,
Whether there is one or several,
Moving into what it feels like to have achieved this goal.
What life feels like.
What your reality feels like.
Start to cultivate that feeling within you.
And as you breathe,
You allow this feeling state to grow and to expand,
Amplifying it as much as possible.
Remaining focused.
Bringing your mind back if it wanders,
Back to evoking this feeling state with as much focus and intention as possible.
We are going to spend some time together,
Just a couple of minutes,
Focusing on cultivating this feeling state so that we may align ourselves with this feeling state that reflects the reality of our goal coming to fruition.
