Notice right now in your experience,
What is it that has a vibration?
Sensation is a vibration.
Thoughts are vibration.
Emotions,
Feelings,
Sensations are all vibrations.
All of these vibrations are perceived by the human body.
It is important to understand however that the human body is itself a vibration.
As such it does not understand what it perceives.
Just like a microscope doesn't understand what is observed,
The body is a tool of perception.
On a relative level,
All of these vibrations can be lowered and raised.
There are high pitched sounds and lower pitched sounds.
In the same way there are tools that are vibrating a more pure form of love,
Like the thought I am happy.
And there are tools that are vibrating a less pure form of love,
Like I am sad or depressed.
Happiness is also expressed in terms of feelings in the body,
Happiness being lighter,
Opening,
Pleasant.
And depression being tighter,
Heavier.
And slow.
So if the body is a vibration and thoughts are vibrations,
What is it that understands experience?
It is that which is aware.
You see awareness itself,
Your true self.
It does not change because of a thought or a feeling.
Awareness itself is just as open,
Empty and all-encompassing as it always is.
As such it does not belong to the realm of vibration.
It is that in which vibration appears.
Until you identify with the mind,
You would want to feel better and to have higher frequency thoughts.
Once you identify as awareness,
The mind and the feelings are allowed to do as they please.
There is no longer the need to change.
Because whatever vibration appears in your experience,
You remain whole,
You remain unaffected,
You remain changeless.
Until that happens,
So to speak,
You can and should do practices.
Practices to open up the space between thoughts.
Practices to remember who your true self is.
To remember that you are not only the thoughts,
That you are not only the body and the sensations in it.
That you are not only the world that you see.
That you are that which is aware of everything that appears.
Once this is recognized,
There still seems to be a separation between awareness and the objects of experience.
It is a stage of I know who I am,
But the world,
The body,
The thoughts are separate from me.
They are not who I am.
What is required then is to see what the vibration is made of.
What is sound made of?
Without silence,
The sound cannot be.
It appears from silence.
Silence is the constant experience within the sound.
Such sound has to be made of silence.
The same way,
It is the space between thoughts in which thoughts appear.
As such the space is constant behind each thought.
And as such has to be made of.
The thought has to be made of the space in which it appears.
Finally,
The body is empty or transparent.
It is free of all emotions.
And this freedom is what allows emotions to appear in the body.
Such emotions are made of the emptiness in which they appear.
Raising vibrations in this sense is to recognize that all vibration,
All frequency are made of the same empty,
Non-localized,
All-encompassing awareness and dissolve them back into their source.
When you abide as awareness,
As your true nature,
The frequencies,
The vibrations that are around you don't matter.
Does awareness mind,
Whether a thought is positive or negative,
Does awareness mind whether the body feels love or sadness,
Does awareness mind if the sound is the sound of a bird or a noise that is unpleasant?
No,
It's you.
I don't mind.
Love or acceptance is itself not a vibration,
But can be expressed in a pure form,
Which happens effortlessly when we know ourself as love.
Thoughts become aligned with Source.
Feelings are allowed to come and go as they please.
The body and the mind move according to a situation in the world.
There is no resistance to what arises.
This is the path of love or the way of beauty.
