Hello and welcome to this fertility meditation.
I invite you to find a comfortable meditation posture that allows your body to relax but still maintains your mind's ability to focus.
Starting to either place your hands palms up or palms down in your lap as you become present here in this moment.
Perhaps taking a few deep breaths to refresh the mind,
To encourage it to release lingering thoughts or distractions.
Sending the awareness into the body and taking notice of what existing in this moment is all about.
See if you can send your awareness all the way down to your lower abdomen.
There is an energy center in this part of the body that is sacred to fertility and creation.
It goes by various names throughout many cultures such as the Sacral Chakra,
The Lower Dantien and the Hara.
This is your center of creativity,
Of conception,
Of fertility.
Allow yourself to feel into this energy center and become familiar with its sensations.
You might even envision it as a ball of orange light.
Now begin to imagine that you are standing upon the shore at a large beach,
Looking out at the ocean,
At the fertile waters that birthed all life on earth.
This ocean is just bubbling with life and fertility.
The water is bright blue and remarkably clear,
Clean from any impurities or pollutions.
The waters of this ocean have a magic-like quality,
Allowing them to fertilize everything they touch.
You begin to see yourself stepping into these waters,
Feeling the water caressing over your feet,
Your ankles,
Your shins.
Feeling each of these areas becoming washed of any stagnant energy.
Feeling this sense of refreshness at your feet.
As you continue to walk into the water,
You feel the tingling sensation of this magic water move up into your knees and your thighs.
Washing over the groin and hip area,
Infusing it with its magical fertile properties.
Once you feel the water rise to the level of your sacral chakra,
You allow yourself to stand still in the ocean of life.
And just immerse yourself in the feeling of these fertile waters washing over the most sacred part of you.
Using your reproductive system of any hindrances,
Of any impurities,
And infusing it with the energy of abundance,
The energy of fruition,
The energy of creation,
The energy of fertility.
You reach down and place both hands over your sacral chakra and feel a light pulse there.
Allow yourself to let go of this vision now and slowly return to your surroundings.
Making small movements with the fingers and toes before gently opening the eyes.
