One Minute Meditation

A one-minute meditation on the breathing. The purpose of such a short meditation is to show how we can bring meditative moments into our day, for example while standing in line at the supermarket, or while waiting for someone to answer the phone. In this way we can complement the longer sits we do as part of our daily practice, and bring more moments of mindfulness into our lives.
