This meditation invites you to feel into what makes you come alive. That is where we tap into our creativity. I invite you to come home to yourself, to dance with yourself in your creativity, and to let your soul lead the way so you can blissfully experience yourself.

Creativity.

What makes you come alive?

Take a deep breath,

Dear one,

And settle in with me.

Let all the noise from the world around you fall away.

Let the noise going on in your mind fade into the background.

Take one more deep breath,

And relax with your exhale.

Good.

Another deep breath.

Exhale,

Release everything that doesn't serve any longer.

Then tune into that heart center.

You can place a hand on your heart if you like.

Sense that sweetness underneath.

That sweet,

Soft feeling.

The tenderness inside of you.

The warmth welling up.

That precious,

Precious gift inside of you.

That beautiful spark of presence.

That source of never-ending love.

That's all within you.

You are it.

And no one could ever take that away from you.

Because you are it.

You are the source of love.

There are two ways to tune into that.

One is the way we're taking right now by becoming really still.

Just tuning to that sweet,

Soft frequency.

Allowing the tenderness to well up.

And the other way is to follow what makes you come most alive.

Maybe it's dancing,

Maybe it's singing.

Maybe it's riding your bike or running.

Maybe it is to be still in nature.

Maybe it is to interact with children or with animals.

Maybe it is painting,

Drawing,

Sculpting,

Acting,

Climbing,

Swimming,

Cooking,

Crafting,

Writing,

Making music.

What makes you come most alive?

Maybe there's a way to do some of that every day.

To help you connect to that beautiful heart space.

To sense the embodiment of love that you are.

That creative force.

That spark of love is the spark of your creativity.

By doing the things we love,

We access a beautiful flow state.

From there,

Our ideas can flow.

We can pour ourselves into the world from that deep well,

Knowing that we have so much to give because we are a never ending source of this beautiful flow of life.

Take another deep breath,

Dear one.

Sense that inner fullness.

Sense that gentle vibrating energy.

Sense how it expands when you tune into it more.

It may be subtle at first,

And by tuning into it,

We can give it more space and it can expand.

It can expand so large that we feel larger on the inside than we are in our perception of the outside.

Notice that expansion.

How spacious you feel inside.

How much you can rest inside yourself.

Be held and nurtured.

Continue to feel that love.

Stay with that felt sense.

Your heart space.

Continue to be curious about it.

Tune deeply into it.

Know that this is here for you anytime,

Whether you are with it for just a few minutes or for a long period of time.

It's all about the intention you set to get to know your innermost being more.

To be curious,

To tune into your heart,

And to let your creativity flow from that place so that you're fully alive and pour all of that out into the world.

Everything from your full well of love.

Be well,

Dear one.

Stay tuned into that heart space.

Until next time.

MAGICAL!!! I felt it, I was sooo in tune with my inner heartspace, it was real- I detached from my physical form. I had my hands stacked on my heart at the beginning of the meditation and I realized that I couldn’t tell which one was on top. It was profound.
