Hello Radiant Souls,

It's Nola Bloom here,

And today I'm sharing a loving-kindness meditation.

This is a powerful practice that helps cultivate feelings of love,

Kindness,

And compassion towards ourselves and towards others.

The uplifting energy we nurture here begins within and gently radiates outwards,

Connecting us to all beings everywhere,

And guiding us to a deeper sense of peace and serenity.

So let's begin by finding a comfortable seated or lying down position.

Close your eyes and start to slow the breathing down.

Allow the breath to become full,

But remain feeling natural.

And allow yourself to settle into this present moment.

Become aware of any thoughts,

Feelings,

Or sensations that arise without judgment or resistance.

Simply observe like clouds drifting through a midnight sky.

Now bring to mind an image of yourself sitting here,

Just as you are.

Calm,

Grounded,

And present.

Visualize yourself surrounded by a warm,

Radiant light that flows from your heart and gently wraps around your entire being.

Feel this light filling you with tenderness,

Compassion,

And deep kindness.

As you hold this image in your heart,

Repeat these five affirmations inwardly or voice them out loud.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I be filled with love and kindness.

May I live with joy and purpose.

May I find inner peace and contentment.

Allow each phrase to settle into your body and your breath,

As if planting seeds of gentle intention.

Now bring to mind someone you love.

Someone that brings you joy and warmth in your heart.

It may be a friend,

A family member,

Or even a beloved pet.

See this being clearly in your mind's eye,

And imagine them surrounded by that same luminous light of love.

Hold them gently in your heart,

And repeat these affirmations,

Offering them to your loved one.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you be filled with love and kindness.

May you live with joy and purpose.

May you find inner peace and contentment.

Let your heart expand warmth and compassion as you offer these wishes sincerely and fully.

Now allow your awareness to widen,

Expanding to include all beings everywhere.

Imagine the entire world filled with countless lives,

Each one with their own purpose.

Each one with their own joys and sorrows,

With their own fears and dreams.

Visualize the entire planet embraced in a field of gentle glowing light,

Infused with loving awareness.

And once more,

Repeat these affirmations,

Offering them outward as a blessing to all beings everywhere.

May all beings be happy.

May all beings be healthy.

May all beings be filled with love and kindness.

May all beings live with joy and purpose.

May all beings find inner peace and contentment.

Feel your heart open in all directions,

Connected,

Compassionate,

And at peace.

Take a few more deep breaths.

And rest in this feeling of warmth and unity.

Let the stillness of loving kindness gently carry you into the rest of your day.
