Good evening Radiant Soul,

And welcome to the Blooming Spirit Podcast.

I'm Nola Bloom,

And this is your gratitude meditation for deep sleep,

A gentle bedtime journey to ease the mind,

Soften the heart,

And prepare you for a peaceful rest.

As you settle into bed,

Allow your body to find its most comfortable position.

The lights are low,

The world is quiet,

And this is your time to unwind.

Take a long,

Slow breath in through your nose,

And exhale through your mouth with a soft sigh.

Let the breath carry away the weight of the day.

Feel your head resting on the pillow,

And your body supported by the mattress beneath you.

Let yourself sink deeper into comfort every exhale.

Now bring awareness to your heart center.

Imagine a soft golden glow forming there.

Warm.

Gentle.

Radiant.

This light is the essence of gratitude.

It begins as a spark,

A quiet hum of appreciation,

And grows with each breath you take.

Inhale gratitude.

Exhale release.

Inhale peace.

Exhale everything that no longer serves.

Now allow your mind to wander softly through the day that's just passed.

Let small moments rise to the surface.

A smile you've received.

The taste of your favorite tea.

The kindness of a friend.

Or simply the way that the sunlight touched your skin.

Each image flows within you like a candle in the night.

Each one whispers thank you.

Let that golden light in your heart expand.

Illuminating your whole body from the inside out.

With every breath,

It flows further through your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Down to your fingertips,

Your belly,

Your legs,

And your feet.

Your entire being flows softly with gratitude.

You are wrapped in warmth.

Resting in appreciation for this moment,

This body,

This light.

As you breathe,

Whisper quietly in your heart,

I am grateful for my body.

I am grateful for my breath.

I am grateful for this day.

Feel these words ripple through you,

Like waves of light upon a calm sea.

Each breath deepens your sense of peace.

Each exhale releases tension and thought.

Now imagine that same golden light expanding beyond your body.

It fills your entire room with warmth and serenity.

The air shimmers with peace.

You are surrounded by soft light.

A cocoon of comfort and safety.

Feel your body grow heavier.

Softer.

And the mind grows lighter and still.

Your heart beats slowly,

Peacefully,

As gratitude carries you into deep rest.

And with each gentle breath,

Affirm silently,

I am thankful for this moment.

I am safe to let go.

I rest in peace and gratitude.

And let these words dissolve into the quiet of your heart.

You are free now to drift,

Carried by gratitude,

Supported by the soft rhythm of your breath.

As the night deepens,

Feel your body floating in a golden sea of light.

There is nothing left to do now.

No past.

No future.

Only this peace.
