All right,
So let's begin by closing your eyes if that feels right for you.
And if not,
Simply soften your gaze.
Make yourself comfortable,
Feeling your feet on the floor,
Feeling the chair beneath you and behind you.
And I invite you to take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and softly exhale through your mouth.
Again,
Taking a deep breath in and exhale out.
Now,
Come back to your natural way of breathing,
Your normal breath,
And allow your body to start to relax,
Letting go of the tension in your neck and shoulders.
Let your arms and hands rest heavy as you lighten the load off your shoulders,
Softening your back down to your hips,
Your buttocks,
Down the backs of your legs to your heels and the bottoms of your feet.
Now bring awareness to your face,
Letting go of the tension in your forehead,
Allowing your eyes to sink heavy as you soften your eyelids,
Soften your cheeks,
Unclench your jaw,
Relax your lips,
Tongue,
Throat.
And moving down into your chest as you release any tension there,
Bringing a sense of softness into your heart.
And allow that softness from your heart down into your stomach,
Your lower belly,
Pelvis,
Softening your thighs,
Down your shins to your ankles,
Tops of your feet,
Your toes,
And back to the bottoms of your feet.
Imagine you have roots coming from the bottoms of your feet down into the earth,
Grounding you and supporting you.
And just know that in this moment,
You are safe,
You are supported,
And you are allowed to dream.
With that,
Take a deep,
Slow breath in and out,
Giving yourself permission to dream today.
And today is not about putting any pressure on yourself with this vision board workshop.
It's not about forcing your vision or your goals.
It's about listening.
There's a wisdom inside of you that already knows what you're longing for.
And as we all know,
Life gets busy,
Life shows up,
Doesn't need our permission,
And sometimes we end up caring for everyone else first,
And our desires get put on the back burner.
Today is an invitation for you to focus on you and your desires.
And I'd like for you to imagine a gentle light in the center of your chest.
This light represents your truest desires,
Not what you should want,
Not what someone else wants for you,
But what genuinely feels right for you.
Ask yourself,
Where am I ready to grow in my life?
What feels ready to shift?
What feels ready to heal?
And what feels ready to expand and move forward?
Now,
Don't search for the answers,
Just allow the answers to come to you.
Now,
I'd like for you to imagine yourself in the future.
You've already manifested your desires.
What feels different to you?
And where are you?
What are your surroundings?
Who is with you?
What colors do you see?
What sounds do you hear?
What do you smell and taste?
Notice your body.
Notice how you feel physically.
Do you feel stronger,
Lighter,
Maybe more at ease?
And check in with your emotions.
Do you feel calm?
Do you feel happy,
Joyful,
Connected,
Confident?
Whatever it is,
Allow yourself to truly feel it.
Now,
Imagine yourself sitting in front of the magazines in this room.
Instead of searching,
You are noticing.
Certain words will seem brighter.
Certain images will make you stop and pause.
Some may excite you.
Some may bring tears.
Some may feel like possibility.
Whatever it is,
Trust what stands out to you.
What you feel is going to make the difference.
Trust what stands out to you and what invokes feelings.
Emotion.
Emotion is energy in motion.
And when you respond emotionally,
You will manifest your vision much sooner.
Now,
Remember,
You don't need to justify why something belongs on your vision board.
It may not make a lick of sense to you,
And that's okay.
Trust it.
If your body responds to it,
That's enough.
Let curiosity guide you.
Let yourself be open to something different and other possibilities.
Let your intuition lead you.
And as you begin your vision quest,
I invite you to carry this sense of openness,
This sense of allowing to receive.
And understand that today is not about creating something from out of nowhere.
It's about allowing and letting out what has been waiting within you all along.
Now,
Bring your awareness back to your breath.
Noticing as you breathe in and breathe out.
I invite you to say silently to yourself,
I am open to receive.
I trust my inner wisdom.
I am allowed to want what I want.
And I am so happy and grateful now that I have manifested my vision as it is already done.
And it feels amazing and I love it.
And with that,
Taking one more deep,
Slow breath in and out.
And once again,
Bringing your awareness to your breath in your body.
Where do you feel your breath in your body?
Bringing your awareness to your body,
Moving your fingers,
Toes.
And when you feel the time is right,
Just slowly and gently open up your eyes.
