In this guided meditation, there will be a short body scan relaxation followed by envisioning the perfect relationship for you. It can be with your current partner or spouse, or someone in your future. You will call on your imagination, your five senses, as well as your emotions to experience this relationship (current or future) that is perfect and right for you. Enjoy!

Hi,

And welcome to this Men on the Path to Love meditation.

Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.

And close your eyes and let's begin.

I invite you to begin by taking three deep,

Slow breaths,

As slowly and deeply as you can,

Breathing in a sense of peace and calm and relaxation,

And on the exhale,

Breathing out all that doesn't serve you in this moment.

And after that third exhale,

Return to your natural way of breathing,

Your regular way of breathing.

Notice when the breath comes in and when your breath goes out.

Notice where your breath is showing up in your body,

And notice your body responding as you start to let go of any tension that you're holding on,

Starting with your neck and shoulders,

Your back,

Upper back,

Middle back,

Lower back,

Down to your hips,

Your buttocks,

Down the backs of your legs,

Hamstrings,

Calves,

All the way down to your heels.

And the bottoms of your feet.

Now bring your awareness to your face,

Letting go of any tension in your forehead,

Letting your eyes sink down deep into their sockets,

Nice and heavy,

As you soften your cheeks,

Unclench your jaw,

Relax your lips,

Your tongue,

Your throat,

Letting go,

Sinking down as you bring your awareness to your chest.

And imagine softening your heart and bringing that softness down into your stomach,

Your lower belly,

Down into your pelvis,

Softening your thighs,

Your knees,

Down your shins to your ankles,

The tops of your feet,

Toes,

And the bottoms of your feet,

All letting go,

Letting go of any remaining tension with another deep breath in and let it go out.

And then once again,

Come back to your natural way of breathing.

Now,

Hopefully,

You're a little bit more relaxed,

Your mind a little more calm.

I invite you to imagine yourself in a peaceful place,

A place you can think of where you feel completely comfortable,

Safe,

And totally relaxed.

And now,

Imagine yourself as the best version of yourself in this moment.

You are confident,

Self-assured,

And filled with love.

And see yourself exactly as you want to be in your perfect relationship.

And with this confidence in yourself,

Take a moment to visualize,

To see your ideal partner approaching you,

Whether it's your current partner or spouse or someone new that you're looking to meet.

And picture this person in great detail.

Notice their appearance,

Their smile,

And the love that is in their eyes.

And imagine the feeling of excitement and anticipation as you meet this extraordinary person,

Or you recognize all the amazing qualities in your current partner.

Now,

See yourselves together,

Engaged in activities that bring you joy,

Fun,

Fulfillment.

Visualize the shared moments of laughter,

Understanding each other,

And a real sense of deep connection.

And picture the two of you communicating openly and lovingly.

And picture the two of you communicating openly,

Being vulnerable,

Honest,

And doing it with a great sense of love and respect for each other.

And imagine that you and your ideal partner are facing challenges together.

But instead of causing stress,

Notice that these challenges actually strengthen your bond.

And you support each other.

You grow together and overcome any obstacle the two of you face,

Only to make your connection stronger and more fulfilling.

Now,

I invite you to use your sense of touch to imagine feeling the presence of your partner.

And imagine reaching out and feeling their hand in your hand.

You know,

Feeling the warmth and comfort of their touch.

And allow this sensation to fill you with a profound sense of connection and love.

And now I'd like for you to use your sense of smell to breathe in the scent of your ideal relationship.

It might be the scent of their skin,

Or their hair,

Or their clothing.

Or it could be just the general scent of love,

Trust,

And happiness.

And just allow this scent,

Whatever it is,

To fill your senses and bring up positive emotions when you smell this scent.

And now I invite you to listen to the sounds of your ideal relationship.

Maybe you hear the sweet whispers of affection or laughter that you share in your joy.

Or the gentle reassurances during difficult times.

Just let these sounds fill you with a sense of happiness and energy.

And finally,

Use your sense of taste.

Maybe it's the taste of your partner's kisses.

Or imagine sharing a meal or a drink in this perfect place you're in.

Taste the flavors and savor the sweetness of the moment.

Feel the nourishment that this relationship provides to your soul.

And as you just bask in the glow of this vision of your ideal relationship,

I invite you to let a deep sense of gratitude wash over you for manifesting this relationship.

Feel what it feels like now to be in this perfect relationship for you.

And feel grateful for the love that was given to you.

For the connection you share.

And for the happiness that fills your heart.

Take a moment to just be.

And just relax and allow yourself to just be in this moment.

And embrace all the positive emotions that come up for you during this meditation.

And if any doubt comes in,

Just let it come in and then let it go.

Know that you are on your way to manifest that perfect relationship.

Now I invite you to gently bring your focus back to your breath once again.

Breathing in and breathing out.

And take a moment to offer gratitude for this experience,

For this meditation.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open up your eyes and take a look around.

Notice what you see as you bring your awareness back to this moment.

Now I invite you to listen to this meditation as often as possible.

To reinforce the vision of that perfect relationship.

The relationship that is perfect and right for you.

The more you repeat and reinforce this vision,

The more likely your vision will be manifested.

Bigger and better than you could ever imagine.

So,

Keep on visioning that perfect relationship.
