Hello and welcome.
My name is Bianca Campbell.
I am Keeper of the Metamorphosis and I'm very happy to have you here for this final video in the Cycle Support Series for Women.
This is in a winter.
Now,
If you haven't listened to the introductory video and the preceding videos,
I highly recommend you address them each in order so you start at the introduction and take them in order from spring through finally ending with winter which is this video It will make sense as you work your way through the videos as the visualizations stack upon each other.
Now really we're talking about the menstrual phase of the cycle which often in western culture the menstrual cycle is put at the beginning of your cycle it's where people record or you know western medicine certainly records from day one of your cycle however in some when you think about it that doesn't make sense because the build starts with the actual development of your lining from the moment that you actually start to build rather than from when you're releasing so we are finishing these this video series with the release with the letting go with the winter time which is the hibernation the stillness the inner stillness the reflective time And very much,
It's a gentle time.
It's a quiet time.
So if you are still menstruating,
I would highly recommend,
If you can,
That on your heaviest day,
You spend it at home,
Just in quiet,
In as much solitude as possible.
And I appreciate for some people,
This won't be possible,
But if it is for you,
I would highly recommend it,
That you have this quiet time and you allow yourself to reflect and give yourself some space in order to go within and really allow yourself that quiet time.
You so much more capacity for when you come back to Innerspring again.
Now foods to focus on in this.
Cycle part of a phase of the cycle would be iron rich foods again so your leafy greens um meats like red meat and pulses So really it's about allowing that iron to be rebuilt through your endometrium,
Particularly if you are menstruating.
And then at the same time,
Adding in some form of vitamin C,
Which allows the iron to be taken up really effectively.
So your citrus fruits,
Kiwis are really high in vitamin C,
Broccoli,
Red capsicum,
That sort of thing.
That's enough about foods.
In a moment,
We'll get started.
But I really want you to focus in this session on going within and really encouraging the stillness,
Really encouraging peace.
It's a time to be revered and respected.
In a lot of cultures,
When a woman is menstruating,
It is not respected.
In fact,
It's the opposite.
And I really want to bring it back to a place of honor and reverence for what a woman's body is capable of and the creativity it holds for all of mankind.
Taking your right hand,
Place it across your forehead.
Take your left hand,
Place it in front of you.
Open out your thumb.
So you're making the capital L with your left hand.
Drop your right hand,
Take your second and third fingers and trace a line.
The bridge of your nose to your hairline three times.
Then take the second and third fingers of both hands and you're going to bring your fingers directly in line with your pupils and then you're going to go up on your forehead.
So your fingers should be in line with your pupils and then you can gently hold that with your eyes closed.
If you can you wait for a little pulse beneath your fingertips.
This is a releasing and letting go.
In the water the water element in the bladder meridian.
Bladder obviously is a release.
Of what is no longer needed in the body.
And then taking your right hand and place it behind the back of your head,
Cup the back of your head.
Like so.
Just underneath your C1,
Which is the top of your vertebrae.
Your whole hand should be covering that entire area.
You'll catch it and just hold it really gently.
You may not feel a pulse.
It's totally fine if you don't.
And then relax everything down.
So let's get into our practice.
I will start the music and then we'll get going.
Closing down your eyes.
Taking a deep breath in.
Hold for a moment.
And exhale.
One small breathe in.
Hold.
And exhale tapping in to the inner winter.
See yourself in your sacred space.
Your sacred womb space.
This room that you have spent the start of your cycle,
The highlight,
Title Firstly,
The spring and then the summer and the autumn phase,
Just you're built to that height,
That peak,
And you've started to release,
And now is the time for the final letting go.
Those beautiful aspects of your room.
Allow them to just gently start to fade away.
All the pictures on the walls taken down.
Beautiful seat.
Perhaps you're sitting there all wrapped up in a beautiful blanket because it's cold outside.
Furnishings starting to gently fade and dissolve.
The rich rug.
The furnishings.
Your altar.
Allow the crystals one by one to gently dissolve.
Going back to where they came from.
Releasing and letting go Any flowers?
Gently discarded and thanked for what they held for you.
What they mirrored within you.
Any other important pieces that you've carefully placed out.
Allow them now to gently and slowly dissolve and fade.
Surrendering to the release.
Surrendering to letting go.
You allow everything one by one to gently Solve away.
Coming back.
To the room with the rich red walls.
No longer an altar.
No longer any carpets.
Allowing everything.
Just gently dissolve.
Ah,
And relate.
Feeling peace in your heart.
Knowing new life is coming.
New growth will return.
The cycle.
Energetic cycle will recommence.
In full trust,
In full faith.
Knowing that this is not the ending.
It is a cycle because it continues.
Around and around and around.
Allow yourself to wrap yourself up gently.
And softly.
Respecting and honouring this time.
Respecting and honoring.
Your role.
In the movements.
Of creativity.
In the gradual cycle.
Just as everything else in the natural world cycles,
So do you.
Thank you so much.
Honor yourself.
And appreciate yourself.
Sitting in the stillness or just a little while longer.
And when you're ready.
.
.
Just feel your feet beneath you.
Coming back to the space you're in.
When you're ready you can open your eyes.
Look around you.
Witness the walls or the space that you're in.
Think about the last meal that you ate.
Come back into the here and now.
And thank yourself for giving yourself this time.
This space.
This release.
This beautiful cycle support.
Thank you so much for trusting me on this journey.
I send you so many blessings and so much love.
As you continue to cycle throughout.
The rest of the days of your life.
Much love.
Namaste.
