So let's look at Inner Summer.
So this cycle represents the summer season of summer,
Which is also the ovulation phase.
This is what everything's been waiting for.
This is like the peak of.

Creativity.
This is where you'll have your peak energy,
You'll feel confident,
You'll feel magnetic,
You'll feel creative,
You'll feel resilient,
There'll be an increase in focus.
You're at your fertile and flirty stage,
This is really the point of let's make this baby happen.
If you happen to be trying to get pregnant,
If you're fertile and if you are not or no longer fertile,
You've never been fertile and you have no interest in babies,
It's still about your.

Peak creativity your peak focus your moment to really shine so if you've got projects going this is the time to really light up this is really the time to be sharing broadly this is when you are going to be magnetic it is absolutely the time to make use of this You will be great at like prioritizing high energy activities is perfect for right now.
You will be excellent at communicating and collaborating at this particular stage in your cycle.
It really is time to connect.
And the foods that's recommended for this phase of your cycle are light foods,
So lightly cooked foods.
And you want to really focus on fresh fruit and veg and include some healthy fats and protein-rich foods,
Of course,
Always.
Always we're going to talk about protein-rich foods because the menstrual cycle,
The cycle of your body is focused on building up your iron reserves so that you have sufficient iron to be bleeding every single month Okay.
You also want to bring in some hydrating foods such as watermelon and cucumber,
Which allow your body to feel really nourished and refreshed.
Because particularly what's happening is throughout the cycle,
But certainly when you're at peak time,
They're like some really nutritious fruits,

There's a whole lot of arguments in my house about whether cucumber is a fruit or a vegetable.

Most people call it a vegetable.

This is the time where the peak of their growing season is when really it's the time for massive hydration and it's an excellent thing to add to your body at this particular point in time.
So let's go from there straight into our practice.
We're going to begin by rubbing a couple of points again.
So we're going to start with a point,
Which is if you go from your collarbone again and you travel down,
Count your ribs down.
So you've got your collarbone,
You'll have rib number one,
Number two,
You should be able to walk your fingers down in three.
Four so when you get to four We're going to show you five.
One more.
You should be just above your breast.
That obviously depends on the size of your bust,
But just above your breast.
It's almost at the center of your sternum,
If you like.
If you remember,
We did that measurement on the last session,
Which was halfway between.
So you're just slightly above that.
And you're going to rub in that point in between your fifth and sixth rib.

You're going to follow your arch around from your sternum,
So the bottom of your sternum,
So where your bra line is.
You're going to follow the arch of your ribs down,
And you're going to be.

Approximately like an inch or two across.
On the left and straight down.
Showing you very effectively,
Right under your breast and it's like a singular point.
And again,
You want to be in between the ribs.
And you want to rob And don't be too upset if you can't find exactly what I'm talking about.
Just aim for the position.
So I'm rubbing,

Right under my breast,
Above the circle line of your rib cage.
I'm going to say the half circle of your rib cage,
Right along your diaphragm line,
Essentially.
Rubbing,
Breathing,
If it's uncomfortable,
It may be sore.
This is meant to be a little bit sore.
This is a neuro lymphatic point that we're rubbing when we rub these points.
You're actually helping encourage the lymph to move through your system.

Relax that down.

Take your right hand,
Place it across your forehead.

For the fruits of your labor.
As the gardener or the farmer celebrates their plants and the fruits and the vegetables that they have.
Planted and waited for and nurtured the seeds that are nurtured as they come through and the plants come through and the fruit is ripe or the vegetable is ripe.
It's time to harvest them.
So it becomes this time of celebration.
Enjoy this in your body.
This is a time to be celebrating in this beautiful room of yours.
In whatever way is meaningful to you.
Perhaps you are going to stand in the center of this room.
Coming to your feet and really feeling into your body in your room.
This is your space.
Seeing the image of yourself and seeing yourself begin to dance.
In the most softest gentlest loving way that feels right to you.
Beginning gently and softly.
Owning this space,
Celebrating.
All you have achieved.
All you have created.
You are the creator.
You are the feminine essence.
It is you and you are it.
It is time to honour it through a beautiful ritual of movement.
See yourself moving gently through the space.
And if you feel like turning up the volume of this dance,

It is completely your choice and your desire that you follow the flow of what your body would like to do to celebrate this moment.
