And try not to think about the breath,
Am I doing it right?
Let the breath breathe you.
Inhaling gently,
You are alive.
Feel you are centered,
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Stay in the moment,
And open wide,
Center,
Sit,
Feel everything settle.
You are here,
You are okay,
Be present.
Stay with that breath,
Live in to who you are.
You are rooted,
You are fierce,
You are radiant,
Sit,

Live light and shine.
