As of right now I don’t feel quite the agitation that she’s referring to. However, I have felt prickly in the way that she describes. I’m saving this meditation for when I need to settle my brain the f**k down. Thank you.

The sound of someone chewing makes me want to scream and break things (if I only had the energy and a baseball bat...🥴) I stopped regretting what I say to people a long time ago, too busy trying to stay alive. As the awesome Helen Mirren said, the one bit of advice that she would give her younger self is to say "fuck off" much more often and not waste time being so bloody polite. Way to go Helen 🤟 Namaste 🙏⭐

I think you must be telepathic somehow, for this is (was?) exactly how I was feeling at the thought of returning to a particular environment this morning. Hearing it describes so accurately made me smile wryly, which effectively dispelled the sensation. At least for the moment. I expect to listen to this again a few times over the next couple of months. 😊 Thank for these. I see the light in you. 🤲🏻❤️🤲🏻
