So soothing; I can feel things melting away with each exhale.

I'm crying right now (after listening to this 3 times) because you remind me of my mother singing to me when I was a wee girl. She died in October 2013 and I miss her so very, very much. I'm an only child and my dad left when I was 4 and died when I was 14, I never had the chance to know him. So it was just the two of us. Her hand was one that first held mine and she was the one who always had my back. She was just my best friend.
Winter is really hard for me because her birthday is in November, then it's Christmas and then New Year and then my birthday in January. But she wouldn't want me to still be drowning in my grief, I know this.
Thank you so very much for letting me know it's ok to let go of some of the grief and instead remember the deep joy and the unstinting, unconditional love my beautiful mother gave me throughout my life. You are amazing 🌟 Namaste 🙏❤️
