Hello and welcome to this practice.

Thank you for joining me.

This practice will consist of cultivating,

Grounding,

And centering both with the body and from an energetic standpoint.

Please find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Feel free to cover up.

You might also want to cover your eyes.

Make yourself as relaxed as you can.

If you'd like to have a little background music,

Feel free to turn on something calming and soothing.

And once you're settled in,

We'll begin.

We'll begin by dropping in,

Just allowing the eyelids and the eyes to soften.

Allow the body to be fully settled.

Tune into the rise and the fall of the breath as you breathe in and out the sweet miracle of the breath.

As you're breathing in and out,

Begin to visualize an earth cord attached to you physically and at an energetic level so you can truly ground.

And we'll shift from just a natural breath to a focused breath.

Breathing in from the root,

The pelvic floor,

Up to the crown of the head,

And breathing out from the crown back to the root.

And just focus on this breathing in from the root up to the crown of the head and back down from the crown to the root.

Hold your attention at the flow from the root and continue breathing right here.

Take another breath,

Breathing in from the root to the crown and from the crown to the root.

Now we'll add to the same breath.

Please inhale deeply from the root up to the crown.

Hold for a moment,

Just hold your attention with the breath.

And then we exhale through the mouth from the crown back down to the root.

Please inhale again from the root up to the crown.

Exhale through the mouth from the crown to the root.

Let's do that one more time.

Inhale,

Attention focuses from the root up all the way to the crown.

Exhale through the mouth from the crown right back down to the root.

And return to a natural soothing breath right now.

As you're breathing in and out through the nose,

Following that breath,

Releasing anything that's not grounding for you,

Begin to create a circle of light that surrounds you.

Use your mind to create this.

Allow your energy to charge and recharge with this circle of light.

Connect to the clarity of the light,

The purity of you and your life within this light and the divinity of you in this life with your circle of light.

Allow the circle of light to expand.

Allow the circle of light to expand so that it moves beyond the realm of you,

Your body,

And feel yourself contained in the light.

Continue to feel this light as well as a sense of lightness.

Allow your heart to be lifted,

To feel lifted,

The thoughts to feel lifted and uplifted.

You might even feel the feet elevate off the ground just a little bit.

Hold yourself in this space and take a deep breath in through the nose and let it all the way out.

Let's do one more breath.

Inhale through the nose,

Exhale all the way out.

Good.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Stretch the arms and legs.

Shift the head if you'd like from left to right or right to left.

Just turning and looking side to side and then bring the whole body back to center.

So if you're lying down,

You're welcome to stay or bring yourself to a seated position.

If you're seated upright,

Feel free to stay right there.

One final breath right here and thank you so much,

So much for joining me.

Wishing you so much peace,

Love,

And light.

Namaste.

This is a great meditation track. The voice is deep sufficiently and simple to follow.
