Take a slow deep breath in and gently exhale.

Inhale slowly and exhale fully.
One more time.
Long inhale,
Soft complete exhale.
Let your body begin to settle.
Let the outside world soften.
Bring your awareness to your body,
To your feet,
Your legs,
Your body supported beneath you.
You're here.
You're safe.
Nothing is being taken from you.
You're simply returning to yourself.
Now,
Gently bring your mind,
A person,
A situation,
Or an energy.
That feels draining or unresolved.
There is no need to judge it.
Just notice how your body responds.
Notice where you feel this connection.
In your chest,
Your stomach,
Your throat,
Or elsewhere.
Imagine or simply sense a connection between you and this person or situation.
It may appear as a chord,
A threat,
Or just a feeling of attachment.
There's no need to force an image.
Just allow your awareness to rest there.
Now,
Gently bring your attention to your breath.
Exhale,
Inhale.
Acknowledge the connection.
Exhale,
Begin to release it.
Not with force,
But with intention.
You can imagine the chord softening,
Loosening,
Or dissolving.
With each exhale,
It becomes lighter.
You're not rejecting the person.
You're releasing what no longer serves you.
Now,
Imagine your energy returning to you.
Any part of you that was tied to the connection,
Gently coming back.
Feeling your body,
Your space,
Your presence.
You may feel warm,
Calm,
Or simply a sense of space.
Silently repeat.
I release what is not mine to carry.
I call my energy back to myself.
I choose peace over attachment.
I'm whole within myself.
Let these words settle.
Take a deep breath in.

Feel your body,
