Take a moment to get comfortable.
You can sit or lie down,
Whatever feels natural to your body.
Gently close your eyes.
Let's begin by grounding ourselves.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in.
And exhale slowly.
Again,
Inhale deeply.
One more time,
Slow breath in.
Now,
Allow your breath to return to a natural rhythm.
Bring your awareness into your body.
Notice where you are right now.
Notice the contact between your body and the surface beneath you.
Allow yourself to settle.
There's nothing you need to do.
Just be here.
Now,
Gently bring your attention inward.
Begin to notice any areas in your body that feel tense,
Heavy,
Uncomfortable,
Or simply asking for attention.
There's no need to analyze,
Just observe.
Trust what comes up.
Now,
Shift your awareness slightly outward.
Imagine or simply allow yourself to sense that there is energy all around you.
You don't need to force anything.
Just stay open and curious.
As you breathe in,
Imagine this energy gently flowing towards you.
Soft,
Supportive,
Available.
With each inhale,
Allow yourself to receive.
With each exhale,
Allow yourself to soften.
Now,
Bring your awareness back to the area in your body that needs attention.
Using your mind,
Gently guide this energy towards that area.
No strain,
No effort,
Just intention.
Let the energy arrive in its own way.
You may notice warmth,
Tingling,
Subtle movement,
Or simply a sense of awareness.
Whatever you feel or don't feel is perfectly okay.
Now,
We introduce a simple scale to help you work with the intensity.
Imagine a scale from 1 to 40.
1 is very gentle,
40 is strong and deeply focused.
Take a moment to choose a number that feels right for you.
There's no correct choice.
Just trust your instinct.
Once you have your number,
Allow your mind to adjust the energy to feel that level.
If it feels too strong,
Gently lower the number.
And if it feels too light,
Increase it slightly.
You're in control.
And let this be a conversation between you and your body.
Now,
Stay here for a few breaths.
Allow the energy to continue flowing.
No need to push.
Just observe what happens.
If your attention drifts,
That's completely natural.
Simply return to your breath,
The area that you're working on,
And the gentle flow of energy.
Now,
Begin to slowly bring the intensity down.
If you choose a higher number,
Gradually lower it.
Let the energy soften.
Let your body integrate what it needs.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale slowly.
Notice how your body feels now.
Even small shifts matter.
Before we close,
Take a moment to thank yourself for showing up,
For being curious,
For allowing yourself to explore.
Gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings.
Wiggle your fingers,
Your toes,
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
And whenever you feel calm,
You can return to this practice.
I would love to hear how this experience was for you.
