Disconnected,
Or hold on to emotions you can't quite explain,
This meditation will help you gently process and release them.
Take a moment to get comfortable,
Sit or lie down,
Whatever feels natural.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow deep breath in,
And exhale softly.
Again inhale deeply,
And release.
One more time,
Slow breath in,
And let go.
Let your breath return to a natural rhythm.
Feel your body,
Supported,
Grounded.
Bring your awareness into your body,
Notice where you are.
Feel the contact between your body and the surface beneath you.
Let yourself settle,
There's nothing to fix.
Just be here.
Now gently turn inward,
Ask yourself,
What am I feeling right now?
Don't search,
Just notice.
Whatever arises,
Simply acknowledge it.
You can say softly,
I see you.
If it feels natural,
Give it a name.
This feels like stress,
This feels like sadness,
This feels like pressure.
Name inquiry space.
You're not the emotion,
You're observing it.
Now ask,
Where do I feel this in my body?
Scan gently.
Once you find it,
Stay there.
Feel it,
Breathe into it.
No need to change anything.
Now gently ask,
What are you trying to show me?
Stay open,
No pressure for answers.
Just listen.
Now shape your perspective.
This feeling is trying to help you,
Even if it doesn't feel that way.
Gently say,
Thank you.
Notice if something softens.
Now allow it to move,
Not forcefully,
Just permission.
Let it soften,
Dissolve,
Or shift.
You're creating space.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale slowly.
Notice your body now,
Even small shifts matter.
Gently return.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
