Let the outside world fade away This is your space A space where you don't have to hold everything together A space where you can feel without judgment,
Without pressure Whatever you carry within you is welcome here You're safe to soften Bring to mind the person or people that you have lost Let their presence come gently in whatever way feels natural Notice what arises in your body Grief,
Love,
Pain,
Longing There is no right or wrong way to feel Let it all be here,
Just as it is Take a slow breath in As you exhale,
Allow your heart to soften just a little Not to remove the pain,
But to make space around it Feel the love that was there The connection,
The shared moments,
The memories That love still exists within you Now,
Gently bring awareness to anything that still feels unresolved Words unsaid,
Things that you wish had been different Moments of hurt or regret Just know this without judgment And now,
Silently say,
I did the best I could with what I knew at the time And now,
Let it all come together Let that land And if it feels right,
Offer forgiveness To them and to yourself You don't need to hold on to guilt to honor love Please,
And still remember If it feels comfortable,
Imagine them in front of you Not as if they were in pain,
But at peace Calm,
Whole,
Free You don't need to force anything Just allow whatever image or feeling comes If there's something you want to say,
You can say it now And then,
Allow space as if they are responding in their own way Whether through feeling,
Memory,
Or silence Trust what comes Now,
Imagine gently releasing them Not pushing them away,
But allowing them to be there where they are And allowing yourself to remain here You're still living You still have a life,
A body,
A path forward It is okay to come back to yourself Let the energy that has been tied to the past slowly return to you Bring your awareness back to your body Place a hand on your heart or anywhere that feels supportive Feel your breath Feel your presence Silently repeat I'm allowed to care for myself I'm allowed to feel peace I carry love without carrying pain I choose to be here,
