Welcome to your daily practice.

If you haven't done so already,

Come into a comfortable seat.

Set a one-eel feel,

Let the inhale out through the mouth with a sigh,

And let all tension melt down and away.

Together we'll breathe in and out through the mouth only,

With no pause at the bottom and no pause at the top.

Let's begin.

One,

Two,

Out,

Two,

Five more,

Belly rise,

Belly forward,

Deep and forward,

Round.

On your next inhale,

Breathe in all the way up to the top,

Exhale and hold at the bottom.

And squeeze out any last breath and keep holding,

Until we breathe again,

20 breaths this time.

In,

Out,

In,

Out,

In,

In,

In.

If your mind wanders,

Perfect.

Bring your attention back to the breath.

Loosening the back of the throat,

Opening between the shoulders.

And on your next inhale,

Breathe the deepest breath you have so far.

Hold,

And exhale with a sigh.

And hold at the bottom.

Squeeze out a little more air,

And loosen your entire body.

And we'll begin the breath this final time,

Breathing in and out through the mouth only.

Opening wide.

And again,

30 breaths this final time.

In,

Out,

In,

Out,

In,

In.

That's right,

Deep and forward,

Belly rise.

More power,

More gratitude,

More joy,

More presence in every breath.

Nowhere to go but here.

And on your next breath,

Breathe in the deepest and fullest you have so far.

Hold at the top.

Sigh of pleasure.

And squeeze everything out.
