This is a practice to allow you to connect to who you are beneath all the busy Doing. First, stopping to turn inwards with a focus on the body (starting with the fingertips) and then the breath. Followed by an opportunity to consider what it means to just Be. What is Being? Who are You when you are just Being? This is a chance to reflect and connect so you can infuse your day with a mindful sense of your authentic self.
