For many of us, as we build a meditation practice it can be helpful to be guided to stillness. This practice is a stepping stone to being able to sit with no guidance and enjoy the deeper connection from being in silence. You will be guided through a body awareness practice, then to the breath and finally to an Open Awareness practice. This involves gently labelling experiences as they come up in your mind so they can flow through. Finally, you will be placed in silence where you will have time to sit in that space you've created. Watching the ebb and flow of senstions, hearing and thinking. After that, you will be gently guided back to the breath and then back into your day.
