This ASMR meditation is specifically designed to disrupt thought and bring a sensatory experience. Some will experience a scalp tingling and a pleasant bodily sensation which can be extremely relaxing. This meditation works best when listened to with headphones as some of the vocal sounds are deliberately whispered. The sounds chosen are used to stimulate the brain and to bring clarity and peace at the end of the session. It is great to keep an open mind to the sounds and allow the body to respond naturally.
