Find a place where you will not be disturbed,
Anywhere that is comfortable.
Keep an open mind and try to feel the sounds.
Soften your shoulders,
Relax your face,
Soften your tummy.
Let go of what you're holding onto.
You don't need to carry for the next few minutes.
Put those things down.
Feel the sensation of the skin on your face.
Feel the sensation of your lips.
Soften the tiny muscles around your eyes.
Soften your jaw.
Notice your scalp.
Notice any sensations in your scalp.
No matter how subtle.
Just notice.
Let go of resistance.
You are safe.
Notice the sensations inside your body.
As if you are feeling yourself on a muscular level.
Notice yourself on a cellular level.
Feel yourself from the depths of your cells.
Feel the sounds.
Feel the sounds.
Feel my fingers.
Feel your heart.
You are divine.
You are perfect.
You are love.
You are wisdom.
Imagine your head is being massaged.
Soothe in away your tension.
Imagine your body is being massaged.
