Over the course of our lives we have a tendency to put ourselves down. We use descriptives and talk about ourselves negatively both internally and externally when describing our abilities to others. Most of the time the things we say about ourselves is not the truth and we begin to do this automatically rather than consciously. This lesson is to remember your once carefree self and to discover the child within you. It is an important lesson to enable you to find your natural true inner self. Learning about expression, body language and honesty. The child within you is fun and charismatic and re discovering this quality within you will help you to feel free and authentic. The child within you is always present but as we become adults we lose the connection to our playful carefree self. As a public speaker or social butterfly it is important to reconnect with your inner child and this lesson will help you to learn how to do that.
