Crystal Pyramid Sound Healing

This is a sound healing therapy using a crystal sound pyramid and singing bowls. As the sounds resonate through the body they may help to clear space and restore flow in the energy centres. You may feel that some areas of the body feel tense or uneasy towards some of the sounds but these are the areas that will benefit from the therapy. Just breathe through the sensations and notice your response to the healing frequencies. The sounds are produced in my healing room which has a beautiful energy.
