This ASMR technique is a brilliant way to disrupt repetitive brain habits, as it uses sounds to awaken and focus the brain in a manner that diverts your mind and body away from stress. A whisper tone and stereo side to side technique are used to keep the senses more alert to the practice, helping to entirely diminish angst. Note: These sounds may trigger unexpected bodily sensation or induce relaxation in an unexpected way. Headphones are recommended for the optimum experience.

Welcome to my ASMR relaxation.

Today I will be using crackle sounds to stimulate your mind and the cells of your body.

Make yourself comfortable.

Settle into your space.

Soften your mind.

Relax the tiny muscles around your ears.

Allow yourself to feel the sounds.

Relax your body.

Stay open.

Soften your face.

Soften your tummy.

Relax your shoulders.

You are on a journey.

The universe is all around you.

EDIT:Wear headphones!! That makes this a completely different experience. Itโ€™s relaxing to listen to and It was a good way to trip up the brain weasels. It gave me some time to relax but was engaging enough it broke the cycle of negative self-talk. Thank you Not for me. I found the whispering too hard to hear so I had to set my volume quite high. Consequently, the quiet sounds, which were pleasant, were too loud to be soothing. Disappointed.
