This ASMR practice is designed for scalp and head sensatory experience. This session may help to ease a busy mind and divert thought to body sensation. ASMR can give pleasant tingling sensations and an overall pleasurable experience. ASMR is an unusual concept and is better experienced with an open mind to allow natural sensations to flow. It is best listened to with headphones, as some sounds are very subtle.

Hello,

My name is Belinda White and welcome to my virtual head massage relaxation.

Find a place where you are comfortable that you can rest your head.

Soften your shoulders,

Relax your face.

Soften the tiny muscles around your eyes.

Open your ears.

Hear my hands.

My hands are very warm and very strong.

Bring your awareness to your forehead.

And soften your forehead.

Soften your eyebrows.

To bring your awareness to your scalp.

Soften your scalp.

Become aware of any sensations in your scalp.

Let go of resistance.

Soften your tummy.

Soften your shoulders.

I want you to imagine my hands are gently placed on the top of your head.

Scrape your head for a moment.

As you soften to this experience.

Using your own inner imagination.

Feel the sensations of my hands.

Beginning to massage your head.

Feel the sounds.

Feel the pressure of my fingers.

Give yourself the permission to relax.

Enjoy this experience.

Feel the sensations in your scalp.

So start to massage your head now with intensity but very very slowly.

Follow my rhythm a lot while relaxing.

Allow your head to rest now for a few moments.

Soften your face.

Soften your shoulders.

Soften your tummy.

Feel your whole body.

Just notice yourself.

Just imagine now your head is feeling lighter,

Fresher,

More spacious on the inside.

Just take the next few moments to enjoy a little bit of time to be still.
