The first thing I want you to do is take a deep breath.
Inhale nice and full.
Go ahead and breathe through your mouth.
Open wide and breathe in as deeply as you can and exhale it out like a lion's breath.
Let it out.
Let's do this three more times.
Inhale nice big full filling up the lungs from the bottom to the top and exhale.
Let it go with everything you've got.
Two more times on your own as I remind you to drop your shoulders,
Release your belly,
Soften your spine.
These quick powerful breaths are a reset for your nervous system.
They quickly quiet the mind,
Oxygenate the blood and activate your lymphatic system.
Okay do you feel a little bit better?
So now I'd like you to find a comfortable space and just close your eyes.
This is going to be quick quick and to the point.
All right begin your breath in and out your nose filling up your lungs from the bottom to the top.
Hold for a moment and then slowly release the breath through the nose.
Again inhale nice and slow.
Exhale nice and slow.
Just notice the surface beneath you supporting your body.
Just imagine that roots are growing out from the base of your spine anchoring you firmly to the earth.
Just being here right now is pulling you out of whatever panic you were in and bringing you to the present.
Just keep breathing.
I'm just going to talk you through this.
Imagine you're in a beautiful serene place that fills you with a feeling of peace.
Maybe it's a quiet forest or a stretch of beach or sitting in a field of wild flowers.
Maybe you're laying in a hammock.
Whatever it is just imagine yourself there.
You're safe.
You feel calm.
You feel relief.
Just silently repeat to yourself as you continue to breathe.
I am safe.
I am calm.
I am in control.
I am the creator of my reality.
I can choose what it is that I want to feel.
I can choose what it is I want to think.
I can choose what it is I want to do.
I get to decide.
This is my life.
I am in charge.
I am the center of my universe.
I release fear.
I release worry.
I let go of this feeling of panic.
It's not necessary.
I don't need it.
And I am safe.
Let's just take one more minute and breathe.
Keeping the mind quiet.
Just focusing on your breath.
How are you feeling now?
Is your head starting to clear and your heart rate has slowed down?
Do you feel more at ease and in control?
Bring yourself to right here right now where everything is okay.
Everything is perfect.
And you are safe.
You can come back to this quick reset anytime.
Anytime.
It's your life.
You are the most important person in it.
And you get to choose.
So when you're ready,
Just come out of it.
Open your eyes.
Shake your hands.
Stand up.
Shake your legs out.
Wiggle your body.
Get that energy moving and flowing within you.
Shift the energy.
Allow yourself to imagine all that fear and anxiety and stresses lifting out of your cells.
Imagine that you can see it like vapors flooding out into the universe.
Get it out of you.
And the more you release,
The more this beautiful,
Infinite,
Universal light that is always around you can take its place.
It's waiting for you to let it go so it can help you heal.
