The bond with mother and child begins in the womb.

Subconscious programming begins here too.

This meditation is designed to help expectant mothers connect deeply with their unborn child,

Fostering a sense of love,

Peace,

And unity.

Throughout this guided practice,

You will tap into the wisdom of your heart and the heart of your baby,

Creating a nurturing bond that transcends the physical realm.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable space where you can relax without interruptions.

Sit or lie down,

Placing one hand on your heart and the other hand on your belly.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling slowly through your nose and exhaling gently through your mouth.

Inhale again,

Feeling the rib cage expand,

Filling up the lungs from the bottom to the top,

And let it go.

One more time,

Inhaling full and deep,

And release.

Allow yourself to fully and completely surrender into this moment.

Feel the vibration of your body and connect with the energy of your baby.

Imagine a warm,

Golden light emanating from your heart and spreading throughout your entire being.

Through every cell and the spaces in between,

See it gently enveloping your baby,

Creating a cocoon of warmth and safety.

You are safe.

Your baby is safe.

Know that you are fostering love and security into your baby with every breath.

Focus on your heart,

Feeling its steady rhythm beneath your hand,

Acknowledging the intelligence of your heart,

Of your baby's heart,

Knowing that they guide you and your baby on this journey.

Allow yourself to go inward and invite your baby's heart and soul to communicate with you.

Open yourself to receiving messages through just a simple knowing.

Trust that your baby hears you and is responding in their own way.

As you continue to breathe,

Pay attention to any intuitive hits or feelings that may arise.

Embrace these as a sign of your connection with your baby.

Speak words of love and gratitude to your baby.

You might say,

I am grateful for this journey with you.

I know that our souls chose each other and we were meant to align just in the perfect time.

Feel the sincerity of this connection resonating through your entire being.

Visualize a cord of connection.

Picture a glowing cord of light linking your heart to your baby's heart.

This cord is unbreakable,

Symbolizing the eternal bond that you share.

Envision love and wisdom flowing freely between you,

Nurturing both of your souls.

Share a few breaths together.

Allow yourself to bask in the ease and grace that surrounds you both,

Allowing yourself to come into alignment with the energy of your baby,

Knowing that you are one.

Bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Notice how your body feels.

Do you feel more grounded,

More connected,

More at peace?

Know that your baby feels your love.

Take a few grounding breaths here,

Allowing yourself to recalibrate into this moment.

Take your time.

Wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.

Circle your hands around your heart and your belly.

Slowly open your eyes.

This meditation can be practiced regularly to deepen your bond with your baby.

By nurturing this connection,

You are creating a foundation of love that extends well beyond the womb,

That will support you both throughout your journey together.

Take comfort in knowing that what you are programming into your baby's subconscious mind in utero is love and safety and formulating the foundational emotions and feelings that your baby needs to come into this world with.
