Meditation Timer OnlineI’m a psychotherapist who prioritizes safety, trust, and rapport with my clients. I take a collaborative approach to therapy because I believe you are the expert on yourself, while I can offer coping skills, insight, and clarity throughout our work together. In sessions, I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to support the healing process. For example, we may begin with a cognitive behavioral exercise to identify negative thought patterns and later incorporate techniques such as tapping on acupuncture points to help process those thoughts on a deeper level. I feel honored to work with individuals who are willing to sit with discomfort and move through the therapeutic process toward growth and healing.
