Steph is a yoga & meditation instructor, personal trainer, and women's coaching specialist passionate about helping those with chronic pain and illness live meaningful and joyful lives through trauma informed, holistic movement and mindfulness. As a chronically ill person and trauma survivor herself, she understands the difficulties of living with invisible illness(es). The quest for sustainable solutions to managing her own conditions led to a nearly decade long career in fitness and wellness. Her goal is to inspire others to create a nurturing relationship with their bodies and a skeptical relationship with their minds. She layers encouragement and humor into her teachings with an emphasis on compassion. Her meditations focus on meeting all kinds of sensations, thoughts, and emotions safely to cultivate a wise and caring relationship with the self.
