In 2017, Danielle began incorporating meditation into her daily routine after a near-death experience. Meditation has helped her deal with anxiety, PTSD, and allowed her to connect with her true self. She created a Youtube channel, Balance With Danielle, with guided meditations in beautiful, peaceful locations to help others practice mediation. Ranging from five to twenty minutes, Danielle’s meditations are great for any level - beginners or advanced! Incorporating metaphors, analogies, mantras, and stories, her meditations are designed to help the audience relax and fully immerse themselves in the mediation. Danielle also created a website, BalanceWithDanielle.com, where you can find all her videos and articles on meditation, as well as Weekly Themes that touch on different aspects of life. Her goal with Balance With Danielle is to help as many people as possible with their struggles or journey to find inner peace!
