Welcome to today's 5 minute meditation.
Thank you for gifting yourself these few minutes to quiet your mind and find your inner peace.
Let us begin today by taking a comfortable seated position on the floor with your legs crossed or on a chair with your feet firmly planted on the ground.
Please gently close your eyes.
Bring your awareness to the touch of your body on the seat.
Feel the weight of your body on your chair or cushion.
Let all outside distractions melt away as you begin to focus only on clean,
Pure air flowing into the body and out.
Just focus on the simple act of breathing.
If other thoughts come into your mind,
That's okay.
Just acknowledge their presence and gently allow them to dissolve into nothing as you return to your breath.
Inhale and exhale.
Again an even deeper breath than the one before it,
Holding that breath for a beat and exhaling everything out.
Breathe in deeper than you've taken all day so far and as you exhale concentrate on the sound of my voice allowing it to ground you into the present moment.
Now allow your breathing to return to its normal state,
Natural and relaxed.
Notice your stomach and chest rise and fall with each inhale and exhale.
You are okay,
You are safe.
Exhale any tension,
Worry,
Uncertainty or fear that you may be feeling within you today.
Let it go with the intention of emptying yourself to welcome only positive and radiant energy that serves you and your inner being.
In this moment I'd like you to go within,
To that place of inner quiet where we experience our connection to the higher self.
Inhale and as you exhale let go of the negative energy that continues to linger.
There is no room for this anymore.
Empty your heart as you exhale,
Empty it out.
Let go of fear because you are strong.
Let go of guilt because you are worthy.
Let go of pain because you are powerful.
Let it go.
Whatever you are feeling,
Whatever you are experiencing,
Whatever you are thinking,
Let it go.
Just focus on all the positive white energy surrounding your inner self.
It is warm,
It is comforting,
It is healing.
Let go of fear.
Let go of fear.
And in your own time,
Bring your awareness back to where you are.
Stay here for a moment or as long as you need today,
Simply being one with the pure awareness of breath and your pure energy flow.
I invite you to bring this state of peace with you into the rest of your day.
