Hey,

It's Brandon here and I'm gonna walk you through a quick talk and meditation on a term that I call space Not as in outer space out there in the stars in the universe but more like when you hear someone who's upset that just says I need space and they might not really know what they're saying or what they mean,

But they're speaking to something that's real and And Before we get into that,

You know I'm decided it'd be fun to talk about and do a meditation on this topic because we're getting to that time of year where people start to get sick kids are going back to school and then Intermingling with all the other kids and coming back home the weather starts to drop off people start to get a little bit more sick and Most people just think in terms of oh,

Well,

You know You're in close contact with all these other people all these other immune systems all these other germs and then boom You know you happen to get sick,

Right?

And so most people they just think in terms of physicality Okay,

Maybe I can eat better maybe I can take some tinctures some supplements drink my tea do something to try to boost your immune system and That stuff's all great.

You know,

It's great to take care of the physical body but Sickness really starts on a spiritual level and it plays into the topic of space that I wanted to work with today,

Too And so that being said the space around us.

It isn't empty.

It isn't just air You know in the context of what I'm talking about,

You know,

You might think that it's air plus the germs plus Whatever is going around at the time,

But really what's around you is energy You know,

You're an energetic being and you admit an energetic field Some people might call that an energy body.

Some people might talk about the chakra systems the energy centers in the body creating energy that emanates a field Science might even call that the B field,

But whatever you want to call it There is this energy that is around you and that's what I refer to as space There could be the space of a room You've maybe gone into a bathroom that had certain lighting and it felt different in that room in that space Then another space in the house might have felt like or in the restaurant or whatever It was and so space isn't limited to something that's just around your body But you could say there's space everywhere all sorts of things are space But again,

It's not the air around these things it's not just the distance between them,

But it's what energy is emanating or around those particular things right and So when somebody gets sick,

It's that energy is moving through their auric field It's almost like there's a life lesson.

There's some sort of energy that's coming through and It maybe it hits the crown maybe it hits the top of the head and Maybe it circulates through the sinuses Maybe it moves through the stomach,

You know as it becomes physical as it integrates But if you were looking through the eyes of a mystic or maybe a clairvoyant you would see that that sickness starts as energy and Just like there's thousands of new chemicals that get introduced into our environment over the years There's also new energies that get introduced into the environment You know humanity has a certain level of consciousness that it's operating off of Just like each person does or each species has its own consciousness,

Right?

And so within that collective consciousness,

There's these new energies that are being emanated that are being brought out You could maybe even say they're kind of encoded with different levels of information right,

And so that information that energy it's moving through the collective a group and Maybe one person picks that up in their field first.

It starts to move around and Maybe they notice that energy moving around in their space.

They learn something from it They kind of get updated to it and then they're okay.

They're healthy,

Right?

Just like if a new chemicals introduced into your system you would adjust to it or it would make you sick and that's part of the adjustment the Getting to know it getting to have it be in your environment Right,

And so you might call those different energies viruses that might be with you know Part of what they are,

Right?

But when that energy sits in what we're calling space or what we can refer to as your auric field Right the aura around you the space around you if it sits there long enough That's when it starts to become a physical pain a illness Whatever it ends up becoming,

You know might land in a certain part of your body.

It might land in a certain chakra system Right,

And so when that happens,

Then you're going through your own personal journey with that new energy Right,

And then someone next to you might become aware of that energy that upgrade that information that's coming through and They'll be they'll be aware of it even if just Unconsciously and their energy field might start to merge with yours You might be connected in some way beyond just you know,

Physical handshake or physical sneeze a physical cough But rather even before any of that happens,

There's a passing of energy that's going from one person's auric field into another person's auric field and Then they get to have their own personal journey with that new energy that's moving through the world through the environment right and so I Want to talk about space?

But I also want to talk about what you can do to stay healthy and they kind of go hand in hand with each other right,

So you can Have auric hygiene you can start to learn how to be aware of your aura to be aware of the space around you and How to use your own intention and visual abilities To clean it up that way You don't have to mix and match your energies with other people's in a way that'll get you sick,

Right?

And maybe that's something that was part of what Jesus learned when he could go and be with the people that had leprosy and Heal them speak to them whatever without getting it,

You know the various different people in various different conditions Part of that might have been because he was able to keep his energy in his own space and vice versa That and a whole lot more in his case,

But let's talk about it more for what you can do Right,

Or really why would you mix energies with others in the first place?

Right,

And then we'll meditate and learn how to clear that up.

I won't leave you hanging.

We'll do something with it Right,

But on the note of why we interact with others why we co-mingle our energy,

You know,

Whether that's Somebody you're seeing in person Or whether that's over long distance,

You know,

It could be over a phone call a zoom call Any of those different things you could still be connecting beyond just your vocal dialogue But you're also connecting with their emotions their thoughts their energetic field You know,

We as beings are so much more than just our words Right,

And so we connect and we communicate with so much more than just our words That's just a very small portion of it You know one example I like to give is you might think of a crying baby,

You know that baby that's Calling for their mother's attention.

Maybe the mom hasn't slept at all you know has a lot of other things going on and Isn't totally picking up the message from that baby.

And so You sometimes see this where there'll be a friend over that's you know at the house and the baby's crying in a different room And maybe the friend doesn't even notice they just keep going going on talking But the mother senses it and knows nope,

My baby's crying.

I gotta go and they're like what I didn't hear anything And it's not because the mom has supersonic hearing in her sleep-deprived state But rather because the baby's not just crying.

It's not just speaking vocally But it's also reaching out energetically as if it could create sort of like a tube of energy or an energetic hand and kind of reaching out to the mother to try to grab on and Maybe pull some energy of I need food or I need attention.

You know,

I need a diaper change whatever it is and The baby will push and pull that energy through that,

You know arm or energetic cord Whatever you want to call it or maybe just throw Energy splats on the mom's auric field That space around her that we're talking about kind of like somebody throwing tomatoes at you,

Right?

But it's energy.

I need something.

I need something and since you're not hearing me That's its way of communicating it.

It doesn't have language.

It doesn't have words yet,

Right?

And so that's how it's starting to get that attention and that's why you see if there's a mom who's Maybe more well-rested more intuitively connected just kind of tapped into the baby's needs They'll know like oh,

Yeah,

The baby needs change to the baby needs food It needs this or that when the dad or the friend or whoever else is like,

Oh,

I have no idea what this baby needs It's just crying,

You know can't figure it out It's because it's an energy exchange interaction Interacting with each other's space each other's auric field Right,

And so if that's how you start your life Learning to connect with others in that way,

You know It might not be so surprising to think that we continue to do this with our energy to some extent with the rest of our life's interactions You know,

You might be thinking sure but we learn how to speak.

We learn how to use words We're not a baby anymore but really We're not that advanced when it comes to communication being able to talk to each other unless you have a communication Degree or a therapist or have practiced communication for a long time,

You know The majority of us just aren't that skilled at it,

You know You might want to communicate something but you don't have the words.

You don't know how to say it Don't feel safe saying it,

You know,

There could be all these reasons Why it's hard to just communicate clearly and so there's still a lot of that Energetic courting or grabbing of each other that energetic splattering of energy That gets passed back and forth and that affects your space.

It's not always a negative thing Sometimes somebody just wants to feel connected.

They want attention,

You know They feel like they don't have something within themselves that that other person has maybe they're putting some of their energy Outward into their space and then trying to feel whole again as they connect with that person You know,

That's a common thing that can happen too.

And so there's all these different ways in which we intermingle energetically right and So someone's energy it could be really great.

It could be really well-meaning,

You know,

They could be a super positive person But it's still not the correct energy for your body your energy is what works best for your body and their energy is what works best for their body and Whether that new energy Virus,

Whatever comes through the world If you're interacting with it in your own personal way keeping your energy in your space having good auric hygiene It's gonna be a lot easier to move through that and remain healthy Then if you're intermingling with somebody else's experience of that and their energy their beliefs Their thoughts their feelings,

You know,

That's a problem.

You can't solve It's not your energy.

It's not your problem right and Then moving beyond just the sickness component of it this auric field the space.

It has a lot more Components of it than just your health,

Right?

Have you ever encountered somebody that walks in a room and kind of everybody in the room?

Turns and looks at them where they just have a really big presence a really big energy to them You know,

That's someone who has a really big auric field the space around them gets really big Versus maybe you've been someone or seen someone who's the opposite.

You could almost not see them in a room They really shrink down.

They kind of hide.

It's almost like there's no space around them You know,

So your aura it's kind of like a bubble and it could be really big one day Could be really small a next day you know different people have their aura different sizes different spacing around them and Sometimes that aura is really a skewed It's really leaning one way or another and that can make someone pretty off-balanced Right,

We'll go into that more in the meditation but just want you to start thinking about it in that way the space around you is an empty and It's actually Significantly impacting your life experience if your aura is really balanced.

It's really clean It's very centered then your life is probably gonna feel pretty centered Versus if you don't have space around you or it's kind of broken all over the place You know off-centered then your life might feel like those qualities.

It might feel pretty chaotic kind of in pieces in a sense right and Then beyond the sickness analogy to you know Sometimes people are in certain career fields where there's a lot of energy being thrown at them if they're in some sort of Career field where everybody's in a hurry,

You know,

Everyone's trying to get somewhere and they're throwing energy at them Maybe at TSA or in the airport Everybody's in transition,

You know,

That's a pretty different energy than someone who's getting ice cream Or you might work in a field where there's people that kind of don't like their lives or who they are and they're running that thought that energy through their space their auric field and then Bumping up against you all day long and it can get pretty hard to work like that.

You go home and all that energy is still Pressed up against you and then maybe you explode at your roommate or your partner,

You know You let that energy just come out because you need to get rid of it.

You can't hold on to the poison of the day any longer Right,

Especially if you're a sensitive person Sensitive to the energy that's been all around you You know,

I had a client once whose mom was Working in a center.

She herself Would feel relatively fine when she came home,

But her daughter Felt all of that energy That she brought home with her from work and was really seriously affected by it She kept feeling all those same feelings and having all those same thoughts and she really thought it was her Until she learned that she had an aura that she had space energy around her and that she could clear that energy out To not become it to not let it seep over into her life But rather she could set that space For herself how she wanted it and thus set her life more.

So how she wanted it right So sometimes the people that seem the most,

You know Razzled kind of out of it most affected by the world and all of its energies.

Maybe they become introverts.

They become hideaways Yeah,

They're just oftentimes very sensitive to energies and that sensitivity it can Kind of feel like a burden until you become aware of what it is What's you what's not you and you learn some tools to do something about it Then it can become more like a superpower then you can be more free to live and exist in the world Right.

So let's meditate and play with this a little bit Go ahead and close your eyes And step into meditation Giving yourself a couple nice deep breaths in and starting to find your physical center being centered within yourself being present And just allow yourself to have a nice deep exhale Letting go of any of the tension Any of the thoughts anything that's lingering from my intro talk And on the inhale just breathe right into your own center of your beingness Being here and now Some people might call that Center of their being their heart space But it's really not defined by a particular location in your body It's just the center of you the center of all things And just with your intention and your breath You can start to step into that center Maybe you want that center to be found behind your forehead and in between your ears You want to find that center where that sixth chakra is?

That center where you can perceive energy a little bit more You can use your visual abilities a little bit more Which will be useful for this meditation and then from that centeredness in your sixth chakra Would you create an image of a grounding cord a tube of energy from your waist?

All the way down to the center of the planet Big tube that can just drop and make that long journey very quickly Soon as you see it Soon as you imagine it it can be boom right there Connected to the center of the planet connected to your waist Grounding you at your root at your base Grounding you so you can be connected to the earth during this meditation,

But it's also a hollow tube You could see it as any material you want Could be a big Tree trunk could be a foxtail Could be a tube slide whatever you want and This grounding cord.

It's not only to help you be grounded But it's also so you can release energy your energetic beings and we're gonna be coming aware of your space your aura the energy around you and within you and If at any point in this meditation you come upon something that feels a little icky a little stock you can just Imagine it is sort of like pixie dust That can fall right down from your body down that grounding cord And so let's start with the body Notice if there's anything Within you at a body level any tension any pain And just see that as that colored pixie dust And let it get Released down your body almost like that grounding cord is the hose of a vacuum Set to maximum suction and your body's just set to maximum release With your intention.

It's letting that energy fall off go down And just pick a sensation or two to release in that way And then start to notice the energy around you The space around you.

That's the word we use for this phenomena space And you could start by feeling the energy that's emanating out of your hands Or on top of your hands your palms You could even put those hands closer together And feel the energy or space between them There's something very noticeable that you can feel there For some people it feels like a tingling sensation For others it feels more like a pulsing sensation And then you could imagine that you could feel just an inch out from your skin The energy that's around you there Maybe you feel a foot out from your body The energy that's there and you don't have to feel it the way you feel emotions or sensations you might feel it more as a Extra sensory type of perception or you might feel it the way that you feel heat waves coming off an electric stove Kind of intend to feel it with this Spidey sense more so than an emotional feeling Or even a sensation feeling and Then to get an idea of what your space looks like and could feel like would you imagine a bubble around you?

Bubble that could go around your whole body Maybe it even has a little bit of an egg shape to it See if you can feel that egg shape if you can feel that bubble at all Or just what it feels like to have a bubble to have space Maybe your space has just felt open to the world anything coming in anything coming out Maybe this bubble can define your border where you start where you end getting to keep that energetic field that org field within a certain range and then with your Visual abilities your intention.

Would you make that bubble that egg as big as the room you're in?

Would you expand it out to the walls And notice how that feels in your body That feels like to you Get a sense if that feels normal to you or if that feels really foreign chaotic Like you're letting too much in too scattered Or if it feels just right and then take that bubble and pull it in to where it's close up by your skin Make it really small as If you don't have a lot of space And notice what that feels like if that feels Natural to you or kind of common to you Might feel really claustrophobic Really uncomfortable and then go ahead and push that bubble back out to about arms length out all around you about six feet out as If you could push it out to just where your arms couldn't reach it anymore your fingers couldn't reach it Give yourself some distance there Then just be still for a moment If you just sit still in the center of your head With this space around you this org field Do you start thinking about someone or start feeling something a life situation?

Where does your attention start to go?

Wherever your attention goes It's probably because there's some energy in your org field.

That's still Hanging out in there.

It's left over and so intend to see that person that event as an energy in your aura Energy could show up as a color a color that's floating around that bubble around you Maybe that energy is still in your body somewhere or maybe it's just outside of it Let yourself be guided to wherever you notice that And notice it in your own way.

Some people are very visual and they see that some people are more feelers and they feel it Some people are more of knowers and they just kind of know who it is what color it would be where it would be Let yourself perceive that in your own way.

There's no right way to do this But when you find it Decide what color it is Decide where it is and sort of define it as if you could draw a little circle around that energy that person that event And just release that color or at least that energy down your grounding cord Like you tried at the beginning of the meditation and releasing the energy out of your space Doesn't mean that you can't still solve the problem have the communication or even be connected to the person It's actually when you have your own energy in your own space That you can most clearly freely creatively do those things Solve the problem communicate connect so go ahead and release that energy and Then find one or two more of these sort of pixie dust clouds of energy Somewhere around you and do the same release it And you might even start to feel at a visceral level some relief Might feel a little more clear-headed Maybe a little bit more energy a little bright and shinier a little more present just give yourself a deep breath into this into you and then intend for that bubble around you to be set to a certain color a Color that reflects the energy mood or tone that you want to be in today Whatever color you'd like to be surrounded in Kind of like you're choosing the color of your aura Choosing the energy to surround you in your life let your bubble glow with that color,

Which is also a vibration and Then when you're ready,

You can start to come out of meditation Can start to wiggle and stretch and come on back Thank you for sitting with me here today.

I teach these type of tools and more depth in my clairvoyant program But this is a great way to start,

You know Even if you just focus on this aura this space and seeing where it's at every day Might not always be that perfect egg-shaped bubble.

That's arms length out all around you You might see that there's not much space there.

It's kind of patchy That your bubbles really big really small You might find all sorts of energy in there That's causing overwhelm or distraction and you might just want to practice seeing that and releasing it Resetting yourself back to that centered clarity Right do that for a few days in a row and you'll likely feel a pretty tremendous difference in your life and your energy levels So thanks again for listening and stay tuned for more
